Mani Haghighi is an Iranian writer, actor, and director who was born in 1969 in Tehran, Iran. For the first time, he played in his grandfather's film, Ibrahim Golestan, "The Ghost Valley's Treasure Mysteries" movie. He has been featured as a writer and director in the movie "Men at Work", and has won the Crystal Simorgh Best Screenplay from the Fajr Film Festival. He has also featured in "Caanan", "Simple Reception" and "Pig" as The writer and director. He has been the co-author of Asghar Farhadi in the movie "Fireworks Wednesday". His other movies are "About Elly" by Asghar Farhadi, Nima Javidi's "Melbourne", and Rambod Javan's "Negar" and "The Warden" by Nima Javidi.
