Newlyweds Claire and Ryan have just moved into a new house. Both are hoping Claire’s pregnancy will be the cement needed to hold their already fraying relationship together. Little do they know their marital issues are the least of their problems. For unbeknownst to them, their scruffy, sleazy and lascivious landlord has installed numerous miniature cameras all over their home and has been spying on them from Day One. Then Ryan begins an office affair, and the landlord kits out the secret basement with chains and soundproofing. Something is going to give in this suburban shocker packed with nasty surprises.

Solemplex To me, this movie is perfection.
Melanie Bouvet The movie's not perfect, but it sticks the landing of its message. It was engaging - thrilling at times - and I personally thought it was a great time.
Alistair Olson After playing with our expectations, this turns out to be a very different sort of film.
Cassandra Story: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.
rickymay-20157 This is a watchable film if you've got nothing better to do. Not a great film though!
tbymcm1 I initially read the plot concept and was intrigued. This style of antagonist/main character has been done before but I was excited to see a fresh, creepy new perspective. There are several issues with the movie: poor script writing, elusive character development, and confusing scenes which don't contribute to the overall plot. You can definitely tell this is an indie movie just by seeing the production quality. Then comes the acting. I'm torn about this because (for me) PJ McCabe was a terrible actor. The role may fit him, but character development was shallow and elusive. The REAL star (and the reason I rate it 6 stars) is Neville Archambault. His body language, connection with the character, and passion shine through this movie. There are two specific scenes where I'm left saying "what is Gerald's motive? What are the reasons for his actions?" Then I realize that (intentional or not) this amplifies the character Neville has chosen. Not the best indie movie I have seen, but worth a watch.
Rickyvuylsteke In my opinion I found the move to be quite bearable. This quality of the movie wasn't bad and I found the acting at times to be embarrassing or choppy but nothing too bad to handle. This is the kind of movie where if you know what your getting into it's not bad at all. I would compare it to an Adam Sandler movie. If you walk into a Adam Sandler movie expecting it to be intellectual and thought provoking, then your watching the wrong movie. I came into this movie with low expectations and I found it to be a decent thriller that had you at some parts on the edge of your seat. I found the character of the old man to be funny with his murderous and dead faced looks to be amusing and unique. This movie is very similar to " The Good Neighbor " if you have ever seen that movie. The premise of these two movies are almost identical. The cons of the movie is the acting and the plot line are much to be desired and the ending is god awful but if you want a way to pass an hour and a half and you enjoy corny thrillers, than this is the movie for you.
julied3-467-5547 This was seriously the worst movie I have ever seen. The acting is TERRIBLE. The creepy Gerald guy was just disgusting and so obvious. I didn't really care about any of the other characters. The plot barely made sense. The ending was ridiculous. Ugh, horrible horrible movie. Please don't waste your time!
