I watched this movie after searching for "inspiring movies". 3 Idiots was several times mentioned so i tried it. But sorry i couldnt get past the first hour (the movie is about 3 hours long):
the humour is really low level, mostly below the belt the acting is ridiculously exaggerated, characters are screaming, jumping, making big eyes, ... not subtle at all, it's more miming for kids than acting. the scenes are very slow and not interesting

The three idots is one epic movie. Everyone should experience the 2 idiots feel at least once in a lifetime. The movie shows friendship, love, rivalry, suspense, chivalry, humor, presence of mind and college fun in the best of blend. The makers have made it with best of cinematic techniques for making it one of a kind movie. I have watched it more than once and I know people who watched it more than 100 times (no kidding, it's that good )

Synopsis: One of my favorite movie, which is funny, emotional and educational. A story of three funny best friends of an engineering college in India, whose family background was totally different from each other. Chatur "Silencer" Ramalingam give a call to his college mates Raju Rastogi and Farhan Qureshi for a reunion with Rancho after ten years of their graduation. Chatur finds a rarer picture of Rancho who was not in connection with them since their graduation day did not have any information about him. Now, Raju, Farhan, and Chatur started their journey to meet Rancho in Shimla, India. In a journey to meet Rancho, Farhan is recalling all of the memories from their first - last day of college. Their college experience was challenging in every step but also Rancho challenges his college dean Viru Sahastrabudhhe "Virus" every day. Review: First time I have watched this movie, I think it was confusing, worthless and timewasting until I watch the movie at home with my parents. I had watched the first day, first show with my best friends and we critic whole movie worthless. We used to like action, dramatic and documentaries movies until we have watched this movie for the second time. Since then this is one of my favorite movies forever. One of the take of way from this movie was Rancho dialogue " All is well" meaning when ever you have to deal with difficulties movement in your life, forget everything, place right hand in left chest and say "All is well" to decrease your heartbeat. One of my favorite sense from the movie is when that Chatur gives the speech in teacher day in front of the minister, principle, dean of college including teacher and students. Virus advised Farhan and Raju to be aware of Rancho and start their new life along with Chatur. Farhan ignored Virus advice but Raju thinks it was turning point for him so he started a friendship with Chatur. Now, Farhan and Rancho want to give Chatur hard time and lesson to Raju by changing scripts. Since Chatur was born in Uganda and studying in English, he Hindi was very weak. So, Farhan and Rancho take this opportunity to changed teacher day scripts using slang words in the middle of a paragraph. Now, when Chatur started speech, the whole auditorium laughs because scripts were not only funny, however, every word gives negative sense to insulting teachers and minster.The movie contains the good quality of sounds, mixing, color contraction and animation. They have used animation of human sperms to emphasize Farhan birth and Raju critical condition in hospital. They have used silence as a sound effect in Raju sense where he jumped from the terrace committed suicide after meeting with Virus. The contrast sensitivity of Raju, Rancho, and Farhan drinking alcohol under moonlight looks pure and natural. Finally, the title of the movie intended to be funny, but also, I viewed the movie as educational, dramatic and emotional. Every character of movie contributes a lot to be one of the best films including the director himself play a varied role including editing and writing. This is one of best movie for college students, parents, and teachers. This movie was rated 8.3 out of 10 which is pretty impressive and I think this movie deserve it.
