Juana what a terribly boring film. I'm sorry but this is absolutely not deserving of best picture and will be forgotten quickly. Entertaining and engaging cinema? No. Nothing performances with flat faces and mistaking silence for subtlety.

alexanderkalaitzis I had never before seeing this film heard about the composer Jani Christou (Γιάννης Χρήστου), so I was amazed that we had such an amazing musician that was only know to music students, and that his sudden death ended a life full of enthusiastic creation. The documentary explores not only his mysterious personality, but it also gives us an insight on how he saw things and especially the music he was trying to put together. His works was so elaborate that most of them could not be performed without complete dedication from the musicians. It also required in an extend to put a piece of your soul and mind in the music. It was almost a religious experience that you had to participate with everything you got.All in all the film was a very good opportunity for all Greeks to remember this great music man and to introduce to the whole music world a forgotten but still (and always) fresh experience.
