Highly Overrated But Still Good

Excellent, smart action film.

A Disappointing Continuation

The tone of this movie is interesting -- the stakes are both dramatic and high, but it's balanced with a lot of fun, tongue and cheek dialogue.

This is quite unlike any TV movie I have seen in a long time. From the outset, the sense of impending doom is omnipresebt, signified by the lead character's retrospective, all-knowing narration which sets the story up for the viewer as a tale of two parts and two people, united by a common theme - love. Shannen Doherty gives a powerful performance, as well as her co-stars. The problem I had with this movie was the fact it felt restricted by its TV movie conventions, even though it tried in vain to emulate a Sundance-style independent drama. I was impressed by its intentions but less so by the intrusive music which often spoiled the sense of eerie mysticism that was conveyed so well through the fluid cinematography.

Pace of this film is too slow. Funny thing is to see "Pru" the deceased sister making out with "Cole" the evil brother-in-law from the hit tv series "Charmed". I believe this would have had been more entertaining should it be a faster pace romance novel.

The only thing that made you sit and finish watching the movie was because of Shannen Doherty, and Julian Mchonn. The movie was very weird because you were trying to find out what was going on with the film.I don't think people should buy this movie.

I think that Shannen Doherty exhibited wonderful acting in this movie. She's always been an excellent actress - but this movie seemed to make her stretch those abilities. The movie is about her husband dying in a warehouse fire. After 5 years, through a supernatural event, she gets the chance to relive the days before her husband's death. She tries to change the past, but learns the truth about what happened that day, and that if it happened before, it's meant to happen. I got really caught up in the emotions of the movie, and I think this is a great made-for-tv movie!
