Senteur As somebody who had not heard any of this before, it became a curious phenomenon to sit and watch a film and slowly have the realities begin to click into place.
Rio Hayward All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.
Brennan Camacho Mostly, the movie is committed to the value of a good time.
Staci Frederick Blistering performances.
sophielkhorton-44454 Excellent film - really thrilling and funny too. If you're looking for a lads film this is definitely a good place to start (I say this as I was surprised I enjoyed it so much, not normally being a lads film sort of person). I actually think it's a bit of a genre buster - it sits between being funny and being a thriller which was pretty cool. Acting was good and some performances in particular laugh out loud funny. I was pretty spooked by the end as well! Equally thought it was brilliantly shot - the location was amazing and made me want to visit. Also, as far as bachelor parties go, this one has got to be the most epic! Well worth a watch - I'll be recommending to friends.
joshuá mulder What a waste of (your) time & money! And reading the first six comments here... All are far beyond any reason and without any sense. Simply said because this is a shameless bad movie. Even with a small budget and a dusty location you first have to gather a believable cast. I rarely saw such a bad acting. My attention to watch this flick was drawn by the story but even that has been worked out poorly. It all makes watching this extremely hard. Only the helicopter views are worth watching. But as soon as conversation restarts, the boring elements are getting too heavy. Nevertheless I stayed awake till the very end, but I regret that fully.
alexbrand-06282 My gf watched this as she's a fan of the guy from Nashville. Thought I was in for a painful evening. But it was actually pretty good and Jack Doolan is in it and I always like him. He's bloody funny in this - best thing in it for sure - although the guy the played Roy was good too. Nice to see a movie where the guys actually feel like a bunch of real mates for once. It's set in Argentina and that made a change from stag p**s-ups in eastern Europe. Epic mountains, looked beautiful. I don't want to spoil the twist but from then on it turns into a thriller and there are some big jumps but mostly it was just a good laugh. A movie for a night in with a few beers.
cantonia I loved this. Didn't know quite what to expect, but was attracted by the premise and the beautiful Andean setting. The first half is fast paced, funny, great acting and direction, and witty script. THEN comes the twist. I won't spoil it for anyone, but it's very clever and makes you reassess what kind of film you're watching... The film looks amazing. The mountainous backdrop really adds loneliness and grandeur. The performances are great, especially from Jack Doolan, who is both hilarious and heartbreaking as Terence. It's a very unusual film, I've never seen anything quite like it, the way it shifts playfully between genres. Edward McGown's direction is great. Highly recommend.
