TheBlueHairedLawyer Barnyard tells the story of a barn of animals,, the main character being a cow, living a secret life when the kindly old farmer isn't looking. When a gang of vicious coyotes kills an old cow, Otis (the cow's goofball son), is left largely in charge of the barnyard... but can he really protect it the way his father did? Barnyard wasn't necessarily a bad movie, but it's not the first animated film about farm animals to come out, nor was it the last. It certainly doesn't have the same quality as Chicken Run (2000) or Charlotte's Web (1973). Somehow is spawned a sequel, and a TV series that I've never honestly bothered to watch; I'm not exactly Barnyard's target audience. I think if I was, I would have enjoyed it a little more, it's a typical kid's movie, not much else to say.

jaemiewaters it is out of this world funny you will enjoy watching this laugh out laud movie of hart and laughs i never saw a movie quite like this ever it is awesome you will say now that is what i call a great movie it is a heartwarming movie for everyone Kevin James is a great actor and great person to do voices i never saw a movie like this before you will let your kids watch this for sure it is safe i never thought this movie would of been this good it is better than good it is outstanding it is a must see movie for sure you will laugh out laud it is that funny you got to moo you goat moo that is one of the songs that are in this out of this world movie this is a movie that is for the whole family to enjoy it is the bomb but there is one grown up part in this movie wearied but besides that it is the perfect family movie go see this home run movie today it is a out of this scary movie but it is not to scary go see this movie today in theaters in IMAX 3D for a limited time only have a outstanding day everyone

FreakinFilmFreak93 There are stupid movies I have enjoyed, but this one is beyond stupid. It's a heaping pile of cowpat.Barnyard: The Original Party Animals is one stupid movie I didn't enjoy. It has familiar plots, very cheap animation, no actual plot, a few laughs and one very disturbing thing - male cows. With udders. What was Steve Oedekerk thinking when he chose the female cow design for the males? Udders are a cows boobs! Imagine there being a movie where women had the heads, personalities and voices of men...Anyway, the movie is about a hermaphrodite cow named Otis who acts like an ordinary cow when the humans see him. The other hermaphrodite cows and farm animals do the same. But when the humans are away, the animals will play. All goes well until Otis'... uhhh... Dad, named Ben, is killed by coyotes. This makes the story a stupid farm version of The Lion King, only with a lot of differences. After the funeral, Otis is elected to become The Farm Animal King, so they don't give a cow about the death and have a party in the barn. One night, Otis and his friends break the law for a while by getting their own back on a cow tipper. They also scare the heck out of the tipper by proving they can stand on two legs and talk. (Toy Story, anyone?) They have a lot of fun fooling cops and stuff until the coyotes return, so it's up to Otis and his animal friends to stop them!The fact that this movie has male cows is just disturbing and stupid. Sure it's a cartoon, but it's too disturbing for one! Ever seen a man breast-feeding a baby? Only in Family Guy. This film also has a freakin' bull in it! Shouldn't they have chosen that kind of bovine? But this is not the first time it's happened. It's happened in a a few British adverts, as well as some of the Ren & Stimpy episodes produced by Games.My final word - tiny people from another world who can control an android with a very human appearance has been alright for me, and so has chimpanzees rescuing a (almost) harmless and colourful alien planet and giant tomatoes killing people in God knows which way, but this film is a huge exception. And I can't believe they made the film into a TV series! I haven't watched it, nor do I plan to. All because this movie sucked udders.

DaytonMetroSoccer This was a very funny little flick that most people will watch over and over again.Also note very quickly, seeyounext2sday is Completely correct. Do not judge this film of plagiarism if you do not even know the **** facts! Thats BS.Anyway, highly recommend for a slow Saturday night or just anytime. I watched it over the summer thinking it would be stupid by judging it by its cover of Otis riding a motorcycle, but when the first 10 minutes started I really knew that I was in the hands of some good writers. Like I said before, don't judge if you don't have the facts, and this is a very highly recommend movie while also being a very funny flick, original, and slightly cliché but good!
