mackdenny Anyone with smidgen of knowledge (especially regarding WWII) will love this movie for it's mistakes. Like having an Army pilot flying a F4U Corsair while wearing a Soviet tankers hat(?-at least that's what it looks like), not to mention F-16 pilots with the stick between their legs. Oh and pay attention to the M-16's that fire fully auto but no casings go out!. Really I put it up there with "Plan 9 From Outer Space" so bad it is fun to watch. I have to put at least ten lines for this review to be put up, which would be SO easy for all the mistakes this 'film' contains. Geesh, I hafta make up even more words for this review to go through. Really, if you are like me and enjoy a really bad movie from time to time, this is one you might like, especially if you are a history buff.

waios-magouras The first Film review in my life.....had to register to write that this one is one of the Badest Movies i have ever seen. Its so Bad that its worth to see it with some friends to have a funny evening, don't think that i will ever seen a Cheaper Movie than this. So enjoy it !!!! The Airbase by the way is TOP-seems like a Hillbilly Gas Station somewhere in a Horror Movie, just with Planes than Cars standing there. Aliens with Machine Guns instead of Laser-guns, well a new kind of Aliens, and the whole Movie was filmed in one Location which seems Already destroyed even before the Aliens attacked. The Special Effects ? Not worth to talk about it, just Awesome. And the Hero-Women-appearing in KillBill style are terrific. Have to find this on DVD for ma Ycollection.Greetz

pm_alan The title of my review is actually a lie. I gave this a 2 because I much enjoyed criticizing and laughing at this "film" with my fiancé. I will admit that I started watching this after 15 minutes of the film had already passed, but NOTHING in that 15 minutes can justify or make up for the cluster-f$&k of massive awfulness. I'm not sure how, but it took me a good half hour to realize that one of the characters was indeed long forgotten Kel Mitchell from All That and Good Burger. When I did realize it I was gasping for air with all the laughing. The special effects actually DO leave you speechless, because they make no sense. The best scene is when the final trio of characters are sprinting to the alien ship, and while inside another alien aircraft tries to blast the ship, and you get to see the exact same pieces of debris flying a good 10 times or so. Oooo and the final scene where the ship is crashing....priceless. You get to see the samurai chick gain an eye-patch in between scenes for no reason. Eh, that's enough for this review....it deserves a 1/10 but I was entertained so I was generous with a two. If you enjoy laughing at complete stupidity then check this movie out.

stephanie91714 Battle of Los Angeles is a great movie for those who love to watch good action films. This movie will have you at the edge of your seat with all of the suspense and action. It will make people wonder of what can happen in the future or if what happened in the movie can ever be possible. This movie shows how strong the Marines are. When I watched it, it made me think more about how they sacrifice their lives for the citizens and it made me respect the marines a lot more now. Even though this movie is about robot aliens trying to take over the whole Earth, the action and acting makes everything look realistic. This movie has tons of suspense scenes; especially in the ending. This movie is a must watch and I rate it 5 stars.
