Nicole I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.

porkloin Should really be titled, "Santa Claus and his magic aikido force-field hands."It's amazing to me how many people appear to have at least liked this movie to a point - witness the substantial amount of reviews saying, in effect, "Not bad for a Seagal movie," or, "Back to the Seagal we know...."Wow - I can see nothing but an embarrasment. A horribly cringe-worthy "love scene." Lame plot beyond the bounds of silliness, and a huge. bloated Seagal faking his way through what doesn't really qualify even for "B-movie" status.

Ghazi Yarak This has to be one of Seagals good movies. It's kick ass. Seagal plays a CIA Agent, works for the government of America. Until one day, his daughter gets kidnapped by an organization called the ABU KARAFon in Bangkok. One of her friends is the US senators daughter. The US senator sends a CIA agent named Jake(Seagal) to go to Bangkok and rescue his daughter and to rescue his. As he goes to Bangkok he meets up with one of his old buddies sante(Byron Mann) to help him fight the ABU KARAF and to save his daughter.The movie has a good story, alright acting, and some good action. There is a lot of wire work in the action sequences, but it doesn't make this a bad movie. Seagal has a stunt double in some of the fight scenes. Seagal also uses his Aikido skills and a bit of Kung Fu.All in all, this movie is worth a watch, it is worth the rent price. I bought it on DVD because I really loved this movie. But that's my opinion. Just watch it.

ianlouisiana Give us a break Steve,how long do you think you can keep on getting away with this sort of stuff?This isn't merely "Direct to Video" it's "Direct to Charity Shop". But at least he's got a sense of humour - any movie of his with the word "Belly" in it is going to give his long - suffering fans a wry chortle............... Still,at least I watched it for free on TV last night. Our man is getting careless,not content with losing a son in an earlier movie he now loses his daughter,albeit to a kidnapper.Come on Steve,you really should take better care of your kids,y'know? Whoever he owes money too is certainly getting their pound of flesh.Or about 50 pounds,actually.
