SmugKitZine Tied for the best movie I have ever seen
Platicsco Good story, Not enough for a whole film
Executscan Expected more
Senteur As somebody who had not heard any of this before, it became a curious phenomenon to sit and watch a film and slowly have the realities begin to click into place.
dollvalley I picked this up for about 5 bucks. I like Jessica Simpson visually, read the plot, and I love these kinds of movies. I admit I was a bit disappointed that the script is not only totally by-the-book, but it's very unoriginal and leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth with situations that are really silly. That said, it wasn't so bad, I don't mind bad acting if there are redeeming features in a movie, and I guess I found enough here. I would have expected more from a Marshall film. You'd think that if not for genes that run in the family (Garry and Penny, the latter making an appearance in the Marina Group), for the pure exposure to great comedies would help anyone from them making a better movie.
daniel-stilgard Blonde Ambition is a very funny comedy that you laughing many times.I like Jessica Simpson very much, because she acts very good and the other actors acts very well too.Blonde Ambition are underestimate in IMDb.I cannot understand why the movie only got 3.6/10.Blonde Ambition are also a FEEL GOOD-movie with high feeling.I can very recommended Blonde Ambition which like this sort of films!! Jessica Simpson can show feelings in a very realistic ways and have capacity to have charisma.I give the film 7.6/10!
vickiwoodage This was a silly movie with a predictable storyline and dreadful acting!! Willy Nelson was as stiff as his braids. The movie just seemed like a very long advert for the bright red lipstick that Jessica Simpson wore - especially as there were so many close-ups on her face. The premise was not amusing and as I said - soooooooo predictable. Whatever money was spent on making this movie was a shameful waste. Any allusions to other old Marilyn Monroe movies did not enhance the viewing of Blonde Ambition at all. It was also so unbelievable - Jessica Simpson being able to step into an executive secretary position at the drop of a hat - that was laughable!!!
Chris There were a few continuity goofs beside the one listed, including the scooter mysteriously changing position in the hole before & after the kiss at the end. One minute the scooter handle's propped up behind them, the next minute it's lying down on the ground the opposite way round! On the whole, this film should be seen for what it is - a comedy, nothing more, nothing less. I found this film a bonus as I like the Wilson brothers anyway, so to get a film with Luke in & Jessica Simpson to look at...I'm happy! It was definitely worth a watch & not the worst film I've seen.
