Plot so thin, it passes unnoticed.

Lack of good storyline.

It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.

The initial offering by the Comemdia A Go-Go comedy troupe is an entertaining experience. The chemistry between the four protagonists is a good mixture of energetic and sincere. Larry Garza and Jess Castro in particular seem to be having a blast with their characters. The story is nice change from the zombie apocalypse theme that seems to infect so many of the films in this category. There just aren't enough movies with witchcraft and revenge at their roots these days. There are some very funny parts along with all too familiar family drama to even the story out. The flaws that I noticed seemed to be technical issues. Most notably the dialog doesn't always seem to match up with actors' mouths. Otherwise a good movie all around.

From the beginning you can tell this road trip won't end well. THis motley crew of family take a road trip and experience some bizarre events. You can feel the humor from the very beginning with the characters of Stevie Ray Von & Eric, four cousins in all. Clever choice of names. IF the Tio's were Tio Clap and Tio Ton we would have 2 great guitarists in the movie. I thoroughly enjoyed the film and it had twists similar to the Texas Chain Saw Massacre sans Leatherface. I would encourage anyone who has a good sense of humor, is not offended by some sexual language and enjoys South Texas to go to this movie. I look forward to the DVD so I can share it more of my friends and family that might not be able to see a screening. I give this movie two thumbs up and 4 jalapeños! Puro San Antonio!
