The story of a boy and his nanny, played to the music of J.Bizet — R.Shchedrin "Carmen Suite". A third character, a puppy, appears in their life, which causes the boy's insane jealousy. But love reconciles everyone.

I really wanted to like this movie. I feel terribly cynical trashing it, and that's why I'm giving it a middling 5. Actually, I'm giving it a 5 because there were some superb performances.
