Steineded How sad is this?
SpunkySelfTwitter It’s an especially fun movie from a director and cast who are clearly having a good time allowing themselves to let loose.
Numerootno A story that's too fascinating to pass by...
Tayyab Torres Strong acting helps the film overcome an uncertain premise and create characters that hold our attention absolutely.
benjaminjones-35031 I was almost tempted to rate this movie a ten ironically, but after re-watching, I just can't. This truly is the greatest comedy I've ever seen. Shame it was unintentional. From lines like "Too gay to lift." to the infamous "I can't get the cap off!", the movie has so many moments of unintentional comedy that you'd swear it was actually an ironic comedy poking fun at these types of movies. But alas, it is attempting to be serious with its message. I suggest you watch YMS' review of the film before ever watching it, and even then, go in drunk and ready to just have a good laugh.
Morgan House this movie made me cry and this is a good movie to show to students in high school and in middle school to help with this bullying things that and the reason i say that because there are kids in this world that are taking their own life because of the words people use the rumors and all of these social medias that we have that's why this movie isn't like a normal movie and its just a good movie i watched this movie in like health this is a good movie its not a bad movie but most kids are getting bullied we don't know the reason but i do hope someone or somebody put a stop to bullying because this is making kids think way worse about themselves and some are young kids taking their lives that's not right and cant be that way like i love social media but when it comes down to kids lives are in danger because of this and people all i say is social media should be supervised or somewhat safety and bully proof and people lives should not be in Danger because of social medias
ghaschalk I really can't believe why so many people don't see the point in this movie. This type of thing happens all the time, there are people getting cyberbullied very often. It may not be the same exact situation as in the movie, and it probably isn't, but that doesn't mean that it, "should be thrown in a furnace," some dumbass said. While the quality of the movie overall could be better, the point still gets put out there. Yes, these things happen, and there have been stories of it. Ever heard of Amanda Todd? This happened to her, expect she actually was able to finish committing suicide, and not only that, but it was REAL. Even though the situations are different, it doesn't mean the point isn't there. It's messed up, big time, and the fact that people could actually laugh at this, surprises me, and shocks me. Apparently her trying to open the bottle of pills to overdose was funny, "because she couldn't open it." I don't want to imagine what it's like to have 95% of the people in your life after you and attacking you, verbally. She was in an insane amount of pain and was extremely scared. It's hard to even explain it, she obviously wasn't going to have an easy time doing it. Yes, the movie does have flaws, and the plot can be weird and directed towards ways that would be convenient. In the end, I do think it was too much of a happy ending, and how Samantha and Taylor were all cool again, but someone said that they had harassed Lindsay. They didn't harass her, they STOOD UP against her. The first thing Taylor says is that she should stop what she was doing and realize that her words were hurting people, and then other people that had also been harassed stood up against her. Samantha says to ignore her beforehand, but Taylor says I'm done ignoring them, and she stood up for them. This is a very good example, and I hope that people got that message. Some areas of the movie were iffy, and there were a few bad messages, but there was also quite a few good messages. I don't think it's bad to the point of giving it a 1, because the acting was actually great. Someone mentioned that it was terrible and only the acting of Taylor was, "passable". I found this funny, because she did a very good job in my opinion.Hope you have a good rest of your day.
a_baron This made for television American film is clearly a propaganda document, though it remains to be seen on whose behalf. Certainly the usual suspects - the pro-censorship lobby - will be pleased with it. So how does it stack up? Truly awful, like pass the sick bucket. Do blondes really get bullied in the real world, especially when they are as lovely as Emily Osment? Leaving that aside, if you grew up in the 1960s you might have heard the rhyme: "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names can never hurt me" - or something like that. Words can and do hurt of course. If someone close to you says something unkind, it may hurt a great deal, especially if it's true, but anonymous morons on-line? Be serious. Rather than taking an overdose, take some good advice: use a 20 digit password with a few symbols so your account doesn't get hacked, and don't feed the trolls. As for anti-cyberbullying legislation, let it go, dude; your ancestors died for the right of these clowns to offend you. One point for the soundtrack.
