Long ago, a tragedy befell a small logging town. For decades, in that very same community, a psychopathic murderer has roamed. Hellbent on finding and destroying anyone who is unfortunate enough to wander into his wilderness. When a group of college students decide to get away for a weekend, their party plans land them in Dark Shade Creek. But a weekend of fun soon descends into madness, and the teens find themselves in a downward spiral of terror, with almost no chance of escape.

GamerTab That was an excellent one.
YouHeart I gave it a 7.5 out of 10
AshUnow This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.
Tayloriona Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.
andynolan-34279 Shocking absolutely shocking. What in the hell possessed you to make this film. Seems the writer liked lsd terrible
Platypuschow This hyper low budget slasher flick tells the story of a redneck poisoned with pure LSD who lives out in the woods, broken minded and psychotic. The killer looks ridiculous, the deaths are pitiful and the level of entertainment on display is simply non-existent.The whole thing is so very disjointed and amateurish with a cast who have come from nothing and will go onto nothing.Dire stuffThe Good: It endedThe Bad: Looks dreadfulBad sound balancing in placesKiller looks terribleNo originality at all Things I Learnt From This Movie: A person who has slept with every boyfriend you've ever had would be referred to as a prude Upon learning that a potential killer is in their house a parents priority will be to get the babysitter out and not acknowledge the kids
Michael Ledo Cabin in the woods with legendary killer on LSD...still after 40 years. The first thing you notice is the wind whipping across the microphone. Put a box around it or something. The camera work wasn't good and Salisbury isn't the most scenic place in the world, but are famous for their steak made from various beef producing animals. The females were terrible actors, but in all honestly that's how guys in Pennsylvania act, so their acting was good, it just looked as bad. The dialogue was silly. At one time Emma, played by Ashleigh Mankey, was called Leigh, right before they head on down to the stream. Just a mess.Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity.
a_baron If you are a horror buff, you will have seen a film like this before: a mixed group head off to the woods, ignore warnings from the locals, encounter ghoul...You know the rest. How many of them are killed? Is there a twist in the ending? Are there other bad guys? It matters not. This film is about murder. And murder. And murder. There is no plot as such, but reasonably good mild special effects. The soundtrack is, um, eclectic.Having said all that, and yes, it is rubbish, it was made on a budget of $500, largely by one family, and frankly it is no worse than many similar films with several hundred times the bankroll. The major criticism to be made of it is that it is too slow, far too slow in places, but in comparison with the aforementioned far more expensive efforts, the people who put it together have nothing of which to be ashamed.
