Very well executed

n my opinion it was a great movie with some interesting elements, even though having some plot holes and the ending probably was just too messy and crammed together, but still fun to watch and not your casual movie that is similar to all other ones.

The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one

The movie really just wants to entertain people.

If you are a Hallmark Christmas movie fan you will recognize both Andrew Walker and Meghan Ory from previous films.Cute but dorky premise. Unbeknownst to her a woman is on the no fly list and ends up in a car with an FBI agent who is surreptitiously trying to ascertain if she is a security threat. On the car trip they being to fall for one another. Can their budding romance survive when the truth is revealed?Cute.

Spoiler.....you would think the director would re-shoot the scene near the end of the movie. In this scene, Ashley was holding a tray of cookies, and a puppy. The puppy licks one of the cookies, a little later Ashley passes the tray of cookies to a passer-by. Bigger issues, I'm taking a guess that the movie starts off from San Fran. and the journey ends in Seattle. Well, I'm from Vancouver, BC; I live about 2.5 hours north of Seattle, and I've done this drive many times. It doesn't take DAYS to drive from San Fran to Seattle....any average person can do this drive within 2 days. Like all Hallmark movies, a lot of things don't make sense, just watch it for the "warm and fuzzy" entertainment.

BEWARE OF FALSE REVIEWS & REVIEWERS. SOME REVIEWERS HAVE ONLY ONE REVIEW TO THEIR NAME. NOW WHEN ITS A POSITIVE REVIEW THAT TELLS ME THEY WERE INVOLVED WITH THE MOVIE. IF ITS A NEGATIVE REVIEW THEN THEY MIGHT HAVE A GRUDGE AGAINST THE FILM . I HAVE REVIEWED OVER 200 HOLIDAY FILMS. I HAVE NO AGENDA.I was looking forward to this film. Andrew W. Walke was in "A Bride For Christmas". That was a "Wonderful" film and I was happy to see him again in a Christmas theme film. (Maybe He will do another) In this film (A minor updating of It Happened One Night) a woman can't board her plane. She ends up in the last rental car the airport has but it is being rented by Dash who agrees to let her ride with him as long as she pays for the gas. The film has a nice quick pace and its never boring but it could of been better. My problems is the subplots. There is a few subplots that get resolved "off camera" which is the downfall of the viewing experience. This is the rare case that a LONGER FILM would of been better. This film is enjoyable but it had so much more potential.

After reading the book I was excited for the movie. It was nothing at all like the book. Even the character names were different. The whole story line didn't flow or even make sense. At the beginning (in the book) Ashley is supposed to be trying to get a flight to Seattle to surprise her mom for Christmas the man behind her is Dash and they have some dealings with the reservations clerk which sets it up for when Ashley tries to get a rental car and Dash is once again behind her and ends up with the car. In the movie he just shows up at the car ticket counter and cuts ahead of Ashley and grabs the car. From there it goes down hill like the kids exchanging license plates. It should of been a California plate but the kids do this is Orgegon so suddenly their rental is from Oregon. Hated this movie and was so upset that it wasn't even close to the book.
