In 1973, a maniacal rapist murderer is on the loose. As the body count swiftly rises at the hands of the the lunatic, the police force has no choice but to dispatch the one man capable of stopping him: Victor Sodomite, a hard nosed, gritty detective who stops at nothing to get his man.
