The performances transcend the film's tropes, grounding it in characters that feel more complete than this subgenre often produces.

In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.
DipitySkillful
an ambitious but ultimately ineffective debut endeavor.

All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.

Although these stories keep popping up every so often those popups give Dirty Teacher what credibility it has sadly enough. But this one was really off the wall.I mean don't they give psychological tests to those wanting to go into this career?Josie Davis is our cougar on the campus. She's a substitute teacher who dresses most provocatively and sets her cap for star baseball player and underachiever Cameron Deane Stewart. At the same time out of jealousy or sheer pique she downgrades his girlfriend Kelcie Stranahan. When she discovers that Davis has seduced her fellow the fur starts flying and the blood gets spilled.Dirty Teacher is a gem from the Lifetime Channel. It would be them that inflicted it on the world.

Yes, even by the low standards of Lifetime's formulaic, crime dramas, this one is bad. Horrible Fatal Attraction rip-off (and there have been many of those) with no surprises, high school drama club-level acting and a terrible script. Don't let the title fool you--this is tame, TV-14 (I would have rated it PG) level stuff. In fact, it plays like one of those old, Afterschool Movies (don't have sex with your teacher, kids!) with just a bit of racy/violent stuff thrown in. Lifetime has made a few, somewhat-decent time-killers, but this is not one of them. I should have checked the IMDb rating before watching this crud, but it was on Amazon Prime (home of a lot of terrible movies), so I thought "why not." I owe the move one thing along those lines, though: after watching it, I decided not to subscribe to AP after my free trial ends, so Dirty Teacher ended up saving me $10.99 a month.

the title makes you think that it is going to be something that it is not. the teacher falls for a popular kid in her class, and they end up getting involved, but she ends up flipping out and running him over killing him. she then pays a guy off to fix her grill, and wipes the blood on the girlfriends fender. the girlfriend is a plain Jane, but the teacher in my opinion is anything but stunning herself. i think they could of found a more attractive women to swoop this guy off his feet. and the teachers crazy little out bursts were ridiculous.principal thought she was doing wonderful, were they blind? no clue how they came up with that thought. the whole movie was very slow and predictable, would never watch it again.

I was watching TV. late at night last week with my wife. Not much on. Came across this one. At first it looked like a stupid "after school special" that they used to put on. Then my wife and I actually got into it at stayed up until at least 02:30 in the morning watching it. Of course it was very predictable, but at the same time the movie was very enjoyable. My wife and I just love these kind of movies that take place in a school type setting. They bring us back in time to when we were both in school. Some of the actors could not act at all. The police investigating the murders seemed to not even care that someone was murdered. Josie Davis from Charles in Charge was in this as the "Dirty Teacher". Overall not a bad movie to watch if there is nothing else on TV.
