The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.

If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.

There is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes

Strong acting helps the film overcome an uncertain premise and create characters that hold our attention absolutely.

felt compelled to review given the only other review to date is utterly unbalanced. and on the subject of that review ..there are spoilers, and then there's writing the entire plot out - just stupid.2.5/10 (currently) - it certainly deserves a much higher rating. i found this film very watchable indeed and having not expected it to be given the cursory glance at it's IMDb rating, the fact that i wanted to read up on the actor and director having seen it, in my mind speaks volumes.i like the plot. the fact it has a plot puts it above a lot of the mainstream rubbish that Hollywood releases. it may be a little predictable, but it's not all obvious at all. i like the balance of cut scenes, and forwards and backwards, and i really like the acting ..not once did i think, 'cheese', or 'he wouldn't say that'. the main character has depth, the scenes where i feel he waits to say something really added to my overall impression of good quality directing.only negative thing i can really think of, was the camera work when in pursuit, just too jerky ..i know it was supposed to be, but it was just slightly too much a mon avis.overall, having looked at this page now, i'm gobsmacked that this was so low budget. i can't imagine what this guy could do with a couple of million. thanks for the experience!

The title is a dead giveaway to the supposed "twist". Hands down worst movie I've seen in a long time. I can not believe it actually won a award! A man with a troubled past happens to stumble upon a town in which all of the inhabitants have been murdered. Disgusted by what he has found, he buries all the bodies after roaming the town to make a head count only to find he has dug an extra grave. He then prays to make a deal with God to save him a place in heaven if he finds the monster responsible for this heinous act against God. When confronted by the man he thinks is the killer he tries to make a deal with him to let him go free. Thus, making the deal he tried to make with God senseless. Half of the movie he is a "yellow belly", the other half trying to play hero. Of course, he ends up being the murderer, thus the name dual. He had apparently been carrying around the memory of his drunken father killing his mother as a young child. Which apparently gave him split personalities. The man he is imagining to be the murderer is of course his father. No mention is made of his life between then and his adulthood.
