Nicole I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.

Helene Laude A must see for anyone growing up in the early sixties in western Europe. This film stands out from the lot for being so ordinary - you could say it is extraordinarily ordinary. It is more than just a film, it is a picture of life as it took place around the time of production. So even if you weren't around in 1961, watch it, you might learn a good deal about life in suburban Denmark in the year 1961.
