Very interesting film. Was caught on the premise when seeing the trailer but unsure as to what the outcome would be for the showing. As it turns out, it was a very good film.

This movie was so-so. It had it's moments, but wasn't the greatest.

I saw this movie before reading any reviews, and I thought it was very funny. I was very surprised to see the overwhelmingly negative reviews this film received from critics.

The story, direction, characters, and writing/dialogue is akin to taking a tranquilizer shot to the neck, but everything else was so well done.

Oh my good what a load of rubbish. That was a couple of hours of my life I will never get back. The acting was so bad it was shocking, and I really mean it when I say the acting was shocking. I've not seen such bad acting like that in a very long time. The acting was wooden, no passion or emotion, just nothing. There were no scares, not one scene frightened me which I was so disappointed about. The plot is nothing original, it's been done before in other films which have been better. It could of been a good film if more effort had been made with the storyline, scenes and had better actors. DO NOT RENT OR BUY THIS FILM! It's not worth your money or time. I watched it for free on Amazon and I wish I hadn't. I'm amazed this even made it to cinema/DVD release it's that bad. Overall this film was badly made, badly acted and was quite frankly just boring. Beware you have been warned :)

The camera work was not bad for a movie probably made on a budget. The acting was pretty good as well to say they were mostly unknowns. I'd say the only down side was the ending which leaves you hanging. This is one of those movies you have to keep watching or you'll miss some action. The effects aren't bad at all. Good story line, not half as bad as some reviewers make out, put it this way ... I've seen a lot worse!!!!! Great locations, spooky enough to draw you into the ghost hunting atmosphere. A great movie to watch on Halloween as a taster for more scary stuff later on. There's no sex scenes, no nudity and very mild language compared to some stuff on the TV right now so as long as it's vetted first, older kids would enjoy it too.

This movie (I refuse to call it a film!) starts off with the guise of a witty parody of paranormal television reality shows, but somewhere stumbles into a self-parody without quite realizing it. The atmosphere is set up decently, but soon the plot starts branching out into so many details and sub-stories that everything it does well is completely lost. Seriously, the plot stinks. Like a fish set out for days. There were ghosts. Wait, not ghosts, demons! And not just a creepy mental asylum, no. That would be too easy. There's also a prison, and a portal to hell! And a little boy with AIDS. Not only that, but the film wants you to accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. It felt like Michael Scott wrote this script while tripping on acid. But, hey, if you're bored, and this is literally the only film you have to watch; go ahead and give it a try. It'll be fun to laugh at afterwards and then write a snarky review on IMDb. ~NateMcCheezy

I love horror films and love finding good low budget ones. I usually give the low budget horror films a chance as some have got really bad ratings, but are actually really good. I was given it for Christmas with a bunch of other horrors, so I was excited to sit down and watch it. However, this is the biggest load of tat I have ever wasted my time watching. The story is rubbish! I found myself getting very confused at all the strange random clips shown which had no point or real explanation or anything to do with the actual story to be honest. It was a really, really BAD film and I'm glad I didn't pay for it. The acting was terrible too. Don't waste your time watching it too.
