The sensationalist reporter Michelle Fox presents the TV show Weird World, with phony matters about UFOS and aliens. When she hears about Cat, a young woman that claims that have been abducted with her boyfriend and become pregnant by aliens, she convinces her chief to travel with a team to the remote Welsh island of Scalled to interview Cat. She invites the cameraman Ricky Anderson with his sound technician partner; the nerd expert in "ufology" and "ley lines" Gavin Gorman; the actress Candy Vixen and an obscure gay actor to prepare the matter. They get a van and wait for the low tide to reach the island, and when they find evidences that aliens are really landed in the location, the ambitious Michelle decides to film her way to fame and wealth.

Reviews

Matialth Good concept, poorly executed.
PiraBit if their story seems completely bonkers, almost like a feverish work of fiction, you ain't heard nothing yet.
Joanna Mccarty Amazing worth wacthing. So good. Biased but well made with many good points.
Roy Hart If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.
libalibi *May contain minor containers* It is always great to see workable intentional trashy movie. Many,many...many people try it, but end with a nasty infected paper cut from the uninspired script. "Evil Aliens" is not one of those flops, it glides almost from beginning to end with little to none fillers. Unknown actors do their job diligently and with clever script, some gore, funny sex scenes and Welsh hillbilly's this was a refreshing experience. The movie reminds me of "Shaun of the Dead", so if you liked that one (well who doesn't) give this one a try. If you didn't watch "Shaun", don't expect this movie to be some great actioneer or something.
Paul Andrews Evil Aliens starts as Weird Word TV show presenter Michelle Fox (Emily Booth) gets an ultimatum from her boss (Norman Lovett) who says get a good story or get fired, Michelle has a potential story about a girl named Cat (Jennifer Evans) who lives on a farm on a Welsh island & claims that she was abducted by Aliens & impregnated while her boyfriend was murdered. Desperate for a scoop Michelle & her crew travel out to the farm & discover that Cat's story is true & the evil Aliens return & the human inhabitants of the island have to fight for their lives as the Aliens kill every living thing they come across...This British production was written, edited & directed by Jake West & is a full on splatter horror comedy that is surprisingly quite good, I certainly won't be giving it eight or nine out of ten like some on the IMDb but it's a good effort & pretty good fun if your in the mood for a gory sci-fi horror that doesn't take itself seriously & has a few laughs. The film has a fun story about various over-the-top character's including a UFO geek, some inbred Welsh farmers & a mad sound guy trying to survive when killer Aliens land. The script is packed with film references & homages from Night of the Living Dead (1968) to Braindead (1992) & Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977) as well as loads of other's, this is a film for fans & I am sure any self respecting sci-fi & horror fan will notice multiple references, gags, send-ups & homages. There's plenty of comedy here too, while it doesn't always hit the mark there are a few amusing scenes here & the film strikes a nice balance between horror & comedy. At about 90 odd minutes it's not too long & has a good pace, the character's are memorable & I liked the way the script splits them up & we follow them as they try to survive. I didn't think the story was that good, it doesn't really make much sense although I did think there was a quite clever twist ending which I found amusing.Although shot on video Evil Aliens looks quite good & has nice production values for a low budgeter, the CGI computer effects although not brilliant are alright (well, except for that awful explosion at the end). There's lots of gore here too, there are ripped-off arms, ripped-off heads, shootings, someone has a drill like Alien anal probe inserted, stomachs are cut open, legs are ripped-off, a guy is raised up on a stake, there's a gory scene involving a combine harvester & there's loads of blood splatter. There is an outrageous sex scene between a guy & a triple breasted Alien female that has to be seen to be believed. One problem I do have though is that some of the set-pieces are very badly edited with quick cuts & annoying camera angles which makes things difficult to follow with knowing who is who in particular. With a supposed budget of about $1,800,000 there's plenty of set-pieces, special effects & gags on screen. Filmed on location here in the UK. The acting is alright & hot looking telly presenter Emily Booth stars although she acts like she is presenting a TV show rather than trying to be natural but that doesn't really matter.Evil Aliens is a fun horror comedy with lots of bad taste gags & gore but not much of a story & it did leave me feeling a little empty once it had finished, as long as you don't take it seriously & enjoy the horror or sci-fi genres then you could do a lot worse than this. Better than I expected & well worth a watch.
Bublenutz I usually check reviews prior to renting films, I had read a couple reviews on Evil Aliens so I thought I was in store for a zombie movie, boy was I wrong, dead wrong.Evil Aliens tells the story of Michelle Fox, a sleazy reporter hell bent on getting the perfect story. After Michelle gets a lead that a pregnant girl claims to be bearing an alien child, she packs up her crew and heads to the remote island to get the perfect story. Suddenly Michelle finds herself in deliverance country and that's about the time when the movie gets bloody, and I mean bloody! Evil Aliens is a mi-sh mash of sci-fi, horror and comedy and an pays an exuberant amount of homage to Dead Alive, Bad Taste, Evil Dead, Night of the Creeps, there's so many I can't name them all. This homage routine works well in the beginning but steadily becomes played out. Yes we get it; Jake West likes horror movies. The over indulgence of blood, especially sprayed in the face of the character becomes numbing, this effect is done so frequently, that after the 15th time it becomes annoying, seriously 15th times if not more.Jake West does manage to do a great job with the special effects, makeup, character development and sets, the detail inside of the alien's ship is phenomenal and the alien's costumes are realistic as it gets. It balances the sci-fi and horror genre well and throws a mix of comedic overtones which makes it a fun fast paced film. Unfortunately Evil Aliens is far from perfect; the acting is rigid and in some cases the computer animation is ridiculous, but the biggest problem is originality. Evil Aliens borrows so much from its predecessors, it just becomes predictable. However any horror or sci-fi fan (Sci-fi fan as in Aliens, Life Force, etc. not Star Trek or Dune) can overlook these slight imperfections and enjoy. I even found a pretty fun drinking game online, so be sure to get some brew and a couple friends together and check out Evil Aliens, it might even be better when you're drunk?
andyrose_tx I bought the EVIL ALIENS DVD based upon the filmBRAWL read on HorrorMovieFans.com Indie Horror Radio with Parrish Randall last weekend. The film was written and directed by Jake West and features the lovely Emily Booth. The movie is simply the best "sci-fi/horror" movie ever! It kicks Aliens and Predators butt! But then to be fair, generally I'm not a fan of the sci-fi genre of horror. It's horrifying when it needs to be but cheesy when it should be. It's moments of comic cheesiness are absolutely fantastic. The film opens with a couple doing it like rabbits out in a field, they are abducted, taken aboard the ship, and the dude is anally raped with an alien probe tool. And you know that any movie that starts out with a gory alien anal probin' is going to be good! The kills are gruesome, blood splatters by the gallon, and there is plenty of gore and guts to go around. Ever seen a field full of aliens mowed down in by a large farm tractor/combine? Well, I have .. now. and it's a beautiful thing man.The costumes are cool as heck too.. the aliens are by no means incredibly original, perhaps a little too influenced by "PREDATOR" but they are still believable as aliens. The story line sounds stupid as hell, but it really does works very well. The acting is believable and every single actor turns in a performance that is "out of this world" (boooooh-hissssssss, I know). This has to be the only film you'll ever see that sub-titles Welsh. The farms hands are Welsh and you can't understand a word they say .. so they provide "Welsh to English" subtitles! That's just funny as hell if you get it.Technically the film is sound.. the music rocks, the sound is excellent, and the camera work is solid as hell. The f/x, both practical and CG, kick serious ass. This is the only movie I remember that has a human/alien sex scene that was remotely a turn-on. Hahaha. The token "I wanna believe" geek gets his virginity taken by a female alien that was bizarrely sexy. She rocks that boys world. You gotta see this film! Make sure you get the (UNRATED) version as I'm quite sure the alien sex scene is missing from the (R) rated DVD. I'll watch this film 100 times before I watch any ALIENS or PREDATOR sequel, remake, or cross ever again!
