An action-packed slog

When a movie has you begging for it to end not even half way through it's pure crap. We've all seen this movie and this characters millions of times, nothing new in it. Don't waste your time.

While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.

I didn’t really have many expectations going into the movie (good or bad), but I actually really enjoyed it. I really liked the characters and the banter between them.

Couldn't suspend disbelief for this one.I kept watching because it was fun to spot errors. With Brad as her manager-boyfriend, Angela's color headshot photo would have been printed below her blurb the back flap of the dust-cover, so Emily would have been able to quickly recognize the author of her favorite books and tell her dad 'Elizabeth' was really Angela Young. {Movie over}The crowd of girls waiting to meet Angela at the Book Expo, while holding copies of her book, never asked for an autograph or took cell phone photos when Angela arrived? Angela meets a young fan inside and after talking the kid about what she was wearing, doesn't offer to autograph the of the book the girl is holding? Fans wouldn't have recognized their favorite author from her previous book PR promotional tours? Why would the movie-based-on-the-book be shown in a theatre at a Book Expo the day before the movie premiered in LA? Why would her sister Cynthia park her car in tow-away zone at the TV station before taking a cab to the Expo? How would the security guard have known it was Cynthia's car? Angela drove from Boston to Vermont and never missed her MIA purse? She crashed at night but the sheriff found her wandering on the road in daylight after driving through the downed tree accident scene that could probably be identified by skid marks? She was found walking on a road on the outskirts of town but the town doc thinks she belongs in town? Angela is more concerned about what she should buy to replace her borrowed scrubs instead of figuring out who she is? She isn't concerned someone would be missing her? Why wasn't she wear a medical alert bracelet for her nut allergy? The sheriff and the good-hearted townsfolks never bothered to look for a wreck until kids found it in a ravine two weeks later? Car tag? Owner's card in the glove box? Cell phone? {Movie over}Continuity failures-When Angela leaves her home she is carrying a white designer handbag and a poster rolled inside a strappy carrier as she got in stretch limo yet when she got out of the limo at the Book Expo she held the rolled poster minus the case and, by the way, where is her expensive handbag? Brad says "go-for-Brad" when he answers the phone, except when the news is Angela has been found.

Falling for Vermont was a sweet Saturday night treat. Both lead actors are attractive, serious, and very appealing. The children are excellent, particularly the little daughter, who is both beautiful and very gifted, expressive, and convincing in her role. However, the plot had some rather obvious 'holes' in it. If a car goes off the road in a rain storm, does it still not have a license plate on it that can be traced to the owner? That seems to have gone completely out of the script. Also, did the police not search the car for the driver's belongings, to help identify her? Her cell phone kept ringing, lying on the seat, quite visible, and could have helped identify her despite her amnesia. These seemed like logical steps to take, and would have identified the driver immediately. They were bypassed in order to make the script viable..but actually seemed like a huge compromise instead. One almost sat and shouted at the TV screen, "Look in the car!"..The 2 leads were very convincing, attractive and one rooted for them to fall in love and finally admit it. Despite the logical issues here, this was a very appealing movie and worth every minute of watching. Two mature, serious leads.

Although Hallmark keeps using the same format many times, it was great to see Julie Gonzalo back in action since I haven't seen her since her stint on the "Dallas" reboot on TNT. Since Jesse Metcalfe, her on screen husband from that show is on "Chesapeake Shores," I said Bravo to Hallmark for getting those actors/actresses for parts on their network. Having said that, this is a delightful movie and the casting was great all the way around. I felt the hustle, bustle at the beginning of the movie and wanted a break myself after listening to her staff tell her about all that was planned ahead. The writers made me feel the urgency of her request to take a week and enjoy it being FALL. The rest is wonderful story that ends....well you'll have to see, but it's well worth the time to sit down and watch or like myself, DVR and save for a lazy Sunday afternoon to enjoy!

This movie just debuted tonight (9/23/2017) and I really enjoyed it. In fact, I think I'm the first one to add a remark. The main actress is very pretty and she's from Argentina, who would have guessed? She's been in the U.S. since she was 8 years old as I found out from IMDb website. I wonder if she speaks fluent Spanish because she's definitely fluent in English. I liked this movie because the topic was different than the typical Hallmark flick. This one was about amnesia. I often wonder why we get amnesia, what causes it and do some people never regain their memory once they have it. I have often 'imagined' having amnesia and wondered how I would handle it if something were to happen to me and I lost my memory. It makes you wonder, that's all. But this is worth watching. Sweet film. 7 Stars from me! The only downside to this movie is the fact that it was not filmed in Vermont. There is no such place in Vermont. I know because I currently live in Vermont. The location was fictitious or taken from a place in Massachusetts. It was filmed in Canada, not Vermont, disappointed in that only.
