This movie was so-so. It had it's moments, but wasn't the greatest.

Each character in this movie — down to the smallest one — is an individual rather than a type, prone to spontaneous changes of mood and sometimes amusing outbursts of pettiness or ill humor.

I came across the film on the plane of a Chinese airline. I was bored on the plane, but the film made the 14-hour trip so much better. It's the best family movie I've ever seen in my life, and I truly would like to recommend it to everyone. Even though I don't speak Dutch and minimum German, I understood the film almost perfectly and I was truly captured by the wonderful story and the most beautiful music. I don't know why this film isn't more famous. It deserves all the credit and views since the young actor and director and everyone else all did a great job. Still, I love writing, and I sincerely wish that after some time, when I'm done with my work so far right now, I can novelize the film.

I came upon this movie, "Finn" unexpectedly while channel surfing and missed the very beginning. However, I was quickly drawn into the story and it's characters regardless. I loved the movie because it appears to be a movie that can be seen by all, a good family movie as well...The story was well-written since I couldn't predict the movie like I usually do. The location gave this film a small town feel. The cinematography was simple, but was a good fit for this movie. I was touched by the actors performance, because the acting was low key, believable interesting and the characters were portrayed well. Especially loved it because of the twist. This movie has definitely been under-rated. I believe it deserved a 10.
