rahulsunny-98293 I am writing first review of my life at any site. The film is so close to heart that I can't resist creating the account in IMDb and express my emotional attachment with this movie. Early 90's witness the sharp decline in action movies and rise of romantic one like Dil, DHKMN, HAHK, DDLJ etc.However,Sunny Deol's continued to entertain us during childhood with some powerful action movies like Ghazal, Ghatak, Damini,Gadar etc. No matter how many times u have watched Ghazal, everything u will be the part of the journey of revenge taken by Ajay mehra with Balwant Rai. Meenakshi, Raj Babbar & Masami Chatterjee have also perform their role well. I luv the song 'Sochna kya jo bhi hoga dekha jaega'. The same applies with review.Let,s see how people like/dislike it.

Ishatpreet Maan They say action movies are massy but this one has mass & class both..Sunny deol is in top form,Amrish puri is amazing ,Om puri is class with able support from Meenakshi Sheshadri,Raj Babbar,Moushami & Khurbushan kharabanda..Not to forget mind blowing Background Music of Bappi Lahiri & fine direction of Rajkumar santoshi.No doubt it went on to become 2nd Highest grosser of the year & swept 7 Filmfare awards. If you want to know bollywood inside and out I highly recommend this movie, not the movies that are being shown today, most of the today's movies are either have the same story or a remake of a Hollywood movie.If you are NOT a Sunny fan, you will become a Sunny fan after you see Ghayal with an open mind (there was low competition and NOT as much biased media at that time as compared to today) This movie is a must watch movie!!!This movie has everything which will keep you hooked for 3 hours ....Just Go for it

truetigerking Brilliant movie with strong storyline. Direction is fabulous. Performances are great especially Sunny Deol proves again why he is known as Action King. Also the background score especially during the fight sequences is very good. Performance-wise: Sunny Deol and Amrish Puri stand out.. Now a days this type of actions movies are not made any more because everybody is interested in South movie remakes with childish story and outlandish action scenes with one or two item songs. Believe me its a great cinema which should not be given a miss. If you are a Sunny Deol fan , don't dare to give it a miss but if you are not,then you will be definitely become his fan.

qkill007 This movie shows one of the best performances Sunny Deol has ever given.He plays a young boxer who is caught in a web of betrayal , deceit, drugs and street fighting.He is accused of killing his brother and then vows revenge on the people responsible for his brother's death. The film has many notable starts such as Om puri,Amrish Puri,Meenakshi sheshadri & Raj babber. The action sequences are one of the best seen in any Indian film in the 90's.
