Whitech It is not only a funny movie, but it allows a great amount of joy for anyone who watches it.

Nicole I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.

wildpeace10 So what will attract most people in renting this is the presence of Antonio Banderas and Olga kurylenko.Others will notice the director named Simon West who directed some major action hits in the pass.The images on the DVD holder makes this look like an action movie but it really isn't.Banderas is an idiotic rock star and Olga is his girlfriend who gets kidnapped.It's really an awful unfunny comedy.Can't understand why famous actors get involved in something like this.Nudity:Very,very short scene with a small breasted woman dancing. Blink and you'll miss it. None from Olga.

vmmvieira This is my first review on IMDb, and I'm doing so because I think the movie deserves a fairer screening than the comments that I read after seeing the movie. Yes it's a different kind of comedy, that has much more cringe moments in it than the actual intellectual humor or simply cute. But it's Antonio Banderas that makes the movie work. He plays a role of an old rocker with a natural feeling to it. As he lives it, and that is why it is funny. The other characters are OK, but much depth into them, either from poor acting or not enough focus on their own motivations / development. Which is a pity, because they are pretty good actors, and could perform, if the director would want that. But it's not at all a bad movie. It's an enjoyable experience, and therefore a 6 is in order.

Antonio Banderas plays his part well!Be sure to watch all the way to the end, like past the credits, there is a fun part... Bandarass is for sure the star in this movie - the little boy could have used more of a part, I think if they had drawn his character out a little more it could have been a more slap stick kind of comedy.

Michael Ledo Antonio Banderas is terribly miscast as an aging British rocker, who had a part time accent. While vacationing in Chile, his wife Sheila (Olga Kurylenko) is kidnapped by a group of fishermen looking to get some money for their poor village. The million dollar ransom is not the issue if they can get the inept US government representatives from interfering.Banderas plays for a group called "Metal Assassins" with their hit song "Teenage A** Patrol." They didn't even try to make it sound good. The film had some funny moments, but was mostly smile funny with overused beer humor.Guide: Brief swearing and nudity. Sex talk.
