Matcollis This Movie Can Only Be Described With One Word.
WasAnnon Slow pace in the most part of the movie.
Catangro After playing with our expectations, this turns out to be a very different sort of film.
Sameer Callahan It really made me laugh, but for some moments I was tearing up because I could relate so much.
ali-amajjoute I'm blown away by this movie , It is just spectacular , Everything about it feels so real , it tells the eternal story of love from a general , yet very precise and focused way . through these amazing characters , who you relate to very quickly , as u believe they would exist in reality . all the details and the transitions in the lovers relationships are captured so well . not only that , but the movie actually explains the motivations and the reasons behind their actions. and it suggests the most effective ways to get through the hard parts. the movie is shot beautifully , with a very settle and penetrative musical score , and great great performances by all the actors . The message of the movie is really important , and it is told in a very creative way in the end of the movie , through a sort of a smart twist.
mohlut1995 I personally think this movie is one of best dramatic arabic movies ever made , it has very great story full of emotions . the most impressing thing in this movie is the real life stories and problems you always face in relationships , and the morals it contains . I gave it 9/10 rating , it should have been 10\10 , but i did not feel the true emotions in most scenes , some actors are not doing well at all , this movie idea and story could have been legendary if they put more work on it. I believe its story deserves an Oscar and that's why i rated it 9/10 , but the acting and scenes could have been much better. They should re film it with higher budget , the story and the idea deserves much better than that .
drahmedarfa its the best movie from two years in Arabic. it has the good construction of story based on the book of Mohamed sadek Hepta. the directing is astonishing from had Eli beggary and cinematography too is very good. the script is fascinating. the role of mag ed Eli kedwany and his voice is so magnetic in the movie when he start talking every one in the cinema is silent hearing his voice. he is totally charismatic. Ahmed malik and Camilla awed is the too real in their shots and i was more than pleased when the story came to their part. the role of Ahmed beadier and Jasmine Rae's is good but amr youssef character in the movie wasn't worked or designed well and it could be more cool than that. its really nice to have literary work turns to the cinema. &I predict an era of literary works to come on the screen and this after a two successful experiments of the blue elephant and Hepta and the coming movie of diamond dust of the book of Ahmed mu rad. so it may be the lucky coming years of cinema in Egypt as an audience.
mohamednosair Yesterday i watched Hepta : The last lecture and i was completely speechless! though i read the book , and i was completely satisfied by it , i loved the movie the same way as the book. if this movie was the last application for Egypt in the foreign language category in the Academy Award i think it will be in the short list for the award. completely amazing , but with exceptions from some actors and the ending wasn't that powerful so i gave it a 9 not 10. i was completely satisfied by the directing and the script for the movie. the make up and costume designers was too great , they made me feel like I'm watching a Hollywood production movie. literally.
