surrette_amanda This is the best piece of cinema I have ever seen in my life... I am 19 years old...that's a lot of years. The movie was an excellent piece of art. This movie showed real artistic value. it was raw art that is so rare to come by these days, which is why it was made in 2001. Honestly, the fashion back then was amazing, and I appreciate how the Olsen twins were nice enough to educate us about the many different types of bathing suits one is able to wear. I have become a better person because I have watched this classic. This movie has a lot substance and shines in a league of it's own in the cinematic world and I should know, I'm a film major. Suspense came to a boiling point during the chase scene. Who knew people can run as if they're walking. I learned a new way to do the 400 in Track. Especially the running ability shown from Champlain. he is 100 years old and still running. It also shows the struggle of a teenage girl in love. Anything can happen when a cute enough boy is involved, especially your arrest. This movie has many morals and will be treasured, seen, and enjoyed for many millenniums to come! It is a shame that the dynamic duo is no longer in the movie producing business.P.S. The little girl, Keegan was wise beyond her years and I only wish that Jeremy would have realized that she was out of his league. Meghan Fox was also deliciously fun to hate as Brianna Wallace. sweet_fairy_princess There is no point to this movie. Honestly, you spend a little over an hour looking at various shots of the twins and the Bahamas respectively. The whole antiques smuggling thing seems like an afterthought to give the story SOME plot. The acting was terrible and the characters were highly unrealistic, especially the parents. After bailing their kids out of jail, the parents simply reprimand them and basically act as though nothing happened. What annoyed me most in the movie was the script. It was stupid and utterly pointless. What was with all those idiotic arguments that the twins had about various proverbs? I mean, what was their purpose? I was forced to watch this by my sister and we both agreed it was positively revolting.

Siq Natseva We like (some of us..love) Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. One question remains unanswered:Why do we like/love them so much..? Is it because of their talent and acting skills or maybe because of their cute faces? When it comes to acting..well let's say they are not the greatest actresses in the world or maybe they haven't revealed themselves as such. When it comes to the good looks - they have it all. Even a girl can admit that! However, one thing is always true:whatever they do they catch our eyes and we are either in favor of their behavior or in a total resentment."Holiday in the sun" is a nice film by Mk and Ash. We all know the kind of movies they still are into - adventures, troubles, guys, etc. Having this in mind this is one of their best movies. I really go back to it over and over again ( that can be said about most of their films - they are catchy ). Back to "Holiday in the sun" . The title says it all and is absolutely at its place. They couldn't have said it better! Mk and Ash themselves did a good job as always! The other people in the cast gave nice performances, too - entertaining and satisfactory! I personally liked the little mystery involved - it was quite funny to see Mk and Ash in the jail even for a little while. However, they always make a good team and this film is not an exception. I am a huge fan of the "Behind the scenes" part at the end of most of their films ( other stuff as interviews as well ). That is really a nice thing to watch as the audience get a little closer to the stars and their lives..

paulacoubroung I'm a big fan of marykate and ashley olsen. I think that they are good actresses, i like the clothes they wear. I have got all the movies and i have seen all the t.v programs.My favourite movies are Holiday in the sun because alex and madison stewart are just lying on the beach,partying and hanging out with boys,just having fun and it just makes you want to get on a plane and go to the bahamas on holiday.And my other favourite is Getting there because taylor and kylie hunter get a car for there 16th birthday and they go on there first road trip with there friends. But it all goes wrong but in the end they get to utah and have there own olympic games.I hope to see more new movies soon..
