There's few movies that I really enjoyed watching, and this is definitely one of them.
I thought it was charming, clever and cleverly funny (not Marvel "so called" funny) and it has some of the best quotes.
the movie was on my To Watch-List for a long time, and I just watched it '2018', and oh my !!! I regret not watching it sooner.
{at some point I felt sad about a particular person, but the ending was satisfying}

OH MY GOD!!! I'm falling in love with this movie and its actors specially Piper Perabo and Lena Heady. It's so so so joyful, full of life, romantic and sensitive really touches your heart and breathtaking.I was so happy and didn't want it to end I'm willing to watch it again and again without getting bored or MEH! You really have to watch it, don't miss so much joy like that! Best comedy Romance movie I've ever seen. I laughed A LOT and cried much more, and the actors are excellent,the lead actresses are completely captivating, my final rating is 10 stars all from my heart.

This is the very first lesbian - love film I have ever watched. And weeks ago I started watching a lot more of the same genre - and still find this movie the best among the rest (although I Can't Think Straight is coming closer).About this. It is a great movie, absolutely. I am not saying this because I am beyond pro-homo or that I am one of 'em. The movie had spoken for itself. I actually liked the idea of two people getting settled with life for once and for good - until a tiny bit of fate happened and changed it all. And also the fact that it did not just talk about the problem of loving a girl - when you are also one.In a tiny and very unimportant bit, it is a gay movie. But the rest talks about falling in love and all the complications that come in between - like liking somebody else when you are well married. And that is exactly what the movie is about and should be called, a love movie.And who the hell knew the demure and sexually confused Rachel was a bad ass lesbian from Lost And Delirious? Well done, Piper!

"Imagine Me & You" is a type of romantic comedy, but it's drama too. When Rachel (Piper Perabo) marries Hector (Matthew Goode) she meets Luce (Lena Headey). Problem is Rachel finds herself increasingly more interested in and attracted to Luce than to her husband.The film presents us with a sometimes dark, and sometimes painfully sad story of what happens when someone gets married before they meet their one true love. But here that story is told to us beautifully, yes with drama, but also with humour and love. The characters are all written beautifully, and performed even better, so that we are actually able to sympathize with all of them and still have a smile on our face most of the time.If you are looking for a romantic comedy that's romantic and funny but also told with empathy, then "Imagine Me & You" is a perfect choice. Not to trivialize some of the elements that they have in common, but "Kissing Jessica Stein" (2001) fans should enjoy it.
