mraculeated The biggest problem with this movie is it’s a little better than you think it might be, which somehow makes it worse. As in, it takes itself a bit too seriously, which makes most of the movie feel kind of dull.
Zlatica One of the worst ways to make a cult movie is to set out to make a cult movie.
Bob This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.
Akshay Ranganathan Years ago, we, as Indian Animators, used to either depend on other countries like Japan, America or other such superpowers to make an animated movie, to entertain the audience. And while we used to make tacky movies, which have no mechanical/dynamical/aesthetical values. No wonder they were just dismissed and discarded. But after years of experimenting by Indian Animators, we just can say this, "Though not at par with Hollywood, but still a commendable effort by us as Indians." KOCHADAIIYAAN is one such effort. I do not wish to spoil the story by writing it down, on this website, because it is not just a movie... It is an effort put up by Indians, with a Hollywood studio backing it up. It's one of those movies, for which you should not depend on the critic's reviews to analyse it... It is a movie, which should be seen either in the nearest theatre/on your TV screens, to cherish the efforts we have put up.Though, posting this review quite late, but it is worth it, as I saw it on my TV, because I couldn't get the chance to see it in the nearest theatre, due to other commitments. But go ahead, enjoy the effort made by us as Indians. JAI HIND!!!
Abhishek S. Kumar There are many reasons I didn't like the is movie! First of all, the animation is choppy and many scenes will make you laugh & some scenes will just make you stare at the screen and have no emotions at all! Some scenes are taken nicely, but that is not enough! The faces of the characters are sometimes proper, but at some scenes, it just looks goofy! I have many other reasons, but I don't have a way to explain them! I didn't like the movie much! Anyway, this is my opinion about this film. Please, do not track me down and try to kill me after you read this review! Honest reviews! Once again, Strictly for Rajinikanth fans only!
binnyraj I never expected the movie to have good graphics (Technically speaking). But it was a surprise and a Adventurous ride. I took my son along and to my surprise after watching the movie he was in tears ...! The Movie "Kochadaiiyaan" was under SO much of criticism and struggle that people who were speaking Bad about the movie..Now are wanting to see the movie but their Ego is holding them back. Nevermind those people will regret for not watching it in theater.Movie - ***** Music and BG score- ***** Animation Quality-*** Screen play - ***** There was a great effort taken by PentaMedia about 12 years Back...He burnt his fingers first and Thanks to that team of guys who actually helped to grow this Amazing Animation Industry. Its Now The Lady who has taken this Massive effort , People just sit back without moving their - and comment on every move that a Celebrities family does...But in-spite of all that rubbish This Team is a Winner.*** RAJNI WILL REMAIN SUPER STAR FOREVER ***
Cranetech material Handling eqiupment Firstly, it would be appropriate to congratulate director Soundarya Rajnikanth for bringing such a unique technology to Indian screen. The way Rajnikanth's introduction, his first song and fight sequences have been designed are marvelous. Kochadaiiyaan's flash back, and the entire war sequences in the climax have been designed and executed supremely. Dialogues mouthed by Rajnikanth in the pre-climax episodes, are awesome and make Rajnni fans go crazy. A R Rahman's music is yet another plus for this movie. The way he elevates the story with his songs, only adds to the flow of the film. The way veteran actor Nagesh has been recreated is quite good
