I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.

The movie turns out to be a little better than the average. Starting from a romantic formula often seen in the cinema, it ends in the most predictable (and somewhat bland) way.

This movie is a typical teenage comic-love caper. The cast is young and fresh, and the movie is set in a high school. The comic sequences are the highlight of this movie, especially the sequences involving "Brahmanandam". If you are looking for 2-1/2hrs of light-hearted entertainment, then you are in for a treat. The story revolves revolves around the theme of attraction and love, and how two teenagers try to understand and cope with their first love. Due to the resistance from the family, they decide to elope. But, last minute emergencies, put a spanner in their plans. The music is very hummable, and the comedy sequences are hilarious, leaving you rolling on the floor through out the first half.
