In a quiet town of mid-winter Alaska, a FBI most-wanted killer runs free in an attempt to return to civilian life. However, with various links to his past cropping up, he must return to his old ways in order to stay under the radar.

It isn't all that great, actually. Really cheesy and very predicable of how certain scenes are gonna turn play out. However, I guess that's the charm of it all, because I would consider this one of my guilty pleasures.
