Germany might possibly be the no. 1 country in producing awful movies, but this one is probably the absolute pits: an overlong, seemingly endless gay joke told by director Michel "Bully" Herbig, whose brain apparently didn't make any development since age 9 and who probably would have roared about homosexuals presented with a pink star in the Third Reich. But there is comfort: When Herbig's dead, people will remember him as the most spineless director since Veit Harlan, a repulsive joke of a director who made a dirt "comedy" out of his childish ressentiments, a miserable existence without any wit, humor, or intelligence. I'm sure he's similarly fond of farting. He surely will make a movie out of it.

This movie is absolutely awful. I listened to the German edition and the English edition and I can't decide which is worse. The real problem with this movie and German comedy is that they treat it too serious. As I can understand German I find German comedians to be in general quite horrible when contrasted to American, or British humor.I guess what I dislike about this humor is that it is very cliché and predictable. For example the play on homosexuality is completely cliché and already done way too many times.In the end I could not watch either language of the movie to the end, and that is rare for me because I like watching movies.

Michale Bully Herbig, the director of this movie, founded a comedy show called "Bully Parade" (just for the non Germans who don't know this :-) I liked the Bully Parade...but this movie is garbage. It is filled with stupid gay jokes which would be funny for me if I would be 10 years old. I can not understand why so much people think that this is a good movie. It is absolutely cheap produced and NOT funny in any way. Sorry for my bad English but believe me that I would find better words to describe the waste of time while watching this b-movie if I would write in German. If you are from another country and you have seen this movie, please believe me: Germany has more interesting and funnier people than Michael Bully Herbig.

My friends told me about the film over and over again, and though I normally don't enjoy comedies, there were some I liked: Hot Shots and Naked Gun are films I like, Mr. Bean is a great actor in his films, Jim Carrey is a guy who makes me laugh, and Bully (Michael Herbig) in some cases should do it also. As I knew Bully from his TV-appearances very well, I wonder why this film is simply boring with a story, not being very funny. Michael "Bully" Herbig is a very good comedian, and some of his TV-Partners from "Bully-Parade", that is popular in Germany, are greater in other roles than this film.The jokes are old, the actors not at their best and the idea, to make a film of a small part of the "Bully-Parade" has probably worked in Germany, but many jokes cannot be translated, because of the idiomatic expressions.My remote control came into reach the more the film went on.In my opinion the film is overrated, 2/10 is all I can give.
