I gave it a 7.5 out of 10

This is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.

There are moments that feel comical, some horrific, and some downright inspiring but the tonal shifts hardly matter as the end results come to a film that's perfect for this time.

And watch it sometimes. I love the girls. Pretty and sexy girls that are so thin. Real American girls. Great film and if you have the DVD everyone can enjoy it. I know I have girls of my own and they sometimes watch it or with their friends and my wife puts it in too.

I love Mean Girls, but this sequel is just awful. In the first one they were Juniors and they looked and acted as such. In this one theyare supposed to be seniors yet they look and sound about 12. This is an issue for me, because character portrayals are a BIG part to any movie. On top of that the plot line sucked. I could hardly bear watching this pathetic excuse for a mean girls sequel and it's just disappointing."Oh, wow! They made a second one!" Oh, wow. They shouldn't have. I understand some people liked it, (I'd personally hate to see what their movie collection consists of) and that's fine, but if you liked the original chances are you'll also realize this movie is terrible.

Jo Mitchell (Meaghan Martin) has been living alone with her NASCAR mechanic father since losing her mother at the age of one. They move around a lot. She's the new kid in North Shore High. It's ruled by the Plastics led by Mandi Weatherly (Maiara Walsh). Chastity Meyer (Claire Holt) and Hope Plotkin (Nicole Gale Anderson) are her sidekicks. Abby Hanover (Jennifer Stone) is the bumbling sweet rich girl. Jealous Mandi lives across the street and picks on her relentlessly. Jo wants to follow her mother to go to Carnegie Mellon but her father doesn't have the tuition. Tyler Adams (Diego Boneta) is her partner in shop class and Mandi's stepbrother. Jo gives Abby a ride home after the latest bullying and Abby's dad offers Jo money to be Abby's friend. With escalating Mandi bullying, Jo and Abby start the Anti-Plastics.This movie's biggest problem is that it has a great original to live up to. It isn't that close. Tina Fey is gone although Tim Meadows does return as Principal Duvall. The girls are all solid Disney TV actresses. The material is functional until the movie decides to resolve the situation with a football game. It's the stupidest writing possible. Melanie Mayron does her normal TV directing job. This could never be as good as the original. It's on a trajectory to be functional tween TV but the final act is too stupid.

I've only ever seen the original but from what reviews I am reading makes not want to watch this one at all.this movie is obviously really bad. The primary school I(One Tree Hill Primary) that I went to I have to say was the worst school that I have been to. I was bullied just because I had "big feet" and had been held back a year. my mum knew that i hated the school and could not wait to leave.i told the teachers and well... they did jack Sh&t about it absolutely nothing about it. the school that i am at now has been great.but when i went back to the school i was originally from the friends that i had, lost and drifted all because my dad had to get a transfer to NSW the school i was at in NSW was really good as well.
