The movie's only flaw is also a virtue: It's jammed with characters, stories, warmth and laughs.

Your blood may run cold, but you now find yourself pinioned to the story.

After playing with our expectations, this turns out to be a very different sort of film.

Well after watching this movie, i think i should change my name to Want-an-egg. Okay bad joke. But on a whole, i thought this movie was very funny. I loved Yahoo's little childish innocent grin, plus it was nice not to hear an American accent (no offense), but a fair dinkum (now you know where i live) Aussie accent. Plus his hair, Yahoo, never go to the barbers!! I should also mention that i hadn't heard about Yahoo about a week or so ago, my elder brother watched "Young Einstein" in physics, he told mum, then we found Mr. Accident for a dollar and bought it. The fact that we were almost rolling on the ground laughing during the intro credits, meant that i would probably like this movie. My favourite scene was actually the one where he pulls apart his typewriter with his (okay lets see if i can remember) "Obsessive Compulsive Dismantling Fixation" Think that's correct. Anyway my elder brother (who does physics) i swear he has the same fixation. Though i don't think FIXation should be a good word to use in this case. But anyway, if you don't like eggs, aliens, rubbish bins and all round craziness, then this movie isn't for you. But if you do, i recommend this movie for a laugh.

Yahoo Serious is like a $3 bottle of wine - had no substance to begin with and just gets worse with age. This film proves he is completely toxic. We can only hope that this is his final film and that its serious lack of success will diminish his chances of obtaining finance for any future ventures. It is right up there with "Lightning Jack" and "Les Patterson Saves the World" as the most abysmal example of Australian comedy imaginable. How tragic it is that with so many infinitely superior comedic talents in Australia Yahoo is given such vehicles to express his brand of puerile school yard comedy. And to think - he had 7 years to come up with the script. True genius!

I don't know why this movie is so underrated! It was certainly one of the funniest movies I saw all of last year, and when I finally got a chance to come and rate it I see that it has a 3.8! Well, the acting isn't all that great, but the physical comedy is first rate. Lots of irons to the sides of heads and vacuum flamethrowers. And it's about eggs, come on, that gets it a good rating automatically. I bought this at Wal-Mart on the $5.50 rack, and it was the best investment I made that day. This Australian comedy flick is totally awesome, and I would suggest it to all my friends.Aqya's Rating: 10/10 Go see it! Go see it now!

I remember back in 1988 when "Young Einstein" came out and Yahoo Serious came onto the big screen. That was a classic Yahoo Serious movie. This one had it's moments, but overall lacked a consistant storyline. It jumped from place to place. All though Aussies loved this move, the US has been luke warm to it. Rock on Yahoo Serious!
