2freensel I saw this movie before reading any reviews, and I thought it was very funny. I was very surprised to see the overwhelmingly negative reviews this film received from critics.

filippaberry84 I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.

namashi_1 Vikram Bhatt's 'Mr. X' rides on an interesting premise, that had tremendous potential to become a solid Sci-Fi Thriller, but what is eventually served here, is bland. 'Mr. X' Synopsis: After gaining the power of invisibility; a man becomes a vigilante, in order to take revenge on those who have wronged him.'Mr. X' doesn't make use of its blockbuster storyline. The Screenplay is problematic & unconvincing. The Screenplay has a few good moments initially, but just drops later-on. You don't root or feel for the Protagonist in his quest for revenge. Vikram Bhatt's Direction is below average. Cinematography is fair. Editing is zigzag. Music is the sole saving grace. Special Effects are ordinary.Performance-Wise: Emraan Hashmi is strictly okay, delivering a very ordinary performance. Amyra Dastur looks gorgeous, but that's about it! Arunoday Singh is better. He holds on his own as the villain. Funnyman Tanmay Bhat is unimpressive. On the whole, 'Mr. X' doesn't work.

Ali Hamza Cheema I was not happy with the trailer of Mr.X but when I watched it I loved it.It is an unique kind of movie in which a man goes invisible because of effect of the chemical.Emraan Hashmi performance was good in this film.Amyra Dastur need somemore time.Music of the movie is of great significance.All songs are great and well sung."Tu jo Hain" and "Alif Se" are my favourite and beautifully sung by Ankit Tiwari.Dialogues were good but at some occasions they were silly.Story of movie is good but could have been better.Emraan Hashmi was 70% visible in the film.But overall it is an awesome movie.Please watch it and I am sure you will like it.My rating:10/10

silvan-desouza Invisible films have cashed lot of moolah, be it MR INDIA(1987) in India or Hollywood's own HOLLOWMAN. Recently there was RGV's Gayab which was a flop. This film too will follow suit. The film is made by Bhatts, so the focus is on love story and kisses more then the real drama which off recent has become synomonous with their recent films. MR X is very illogical which can be forgiven but the handling is nothing great. The film is very predictable, worst of all the liberties taken are hard to digest The film also follows the typical Bhatt formula of including sex and songs in every thing.Direction is nothing great by Vikram Bhatt Music is typical Bhatt style, the songs are good but nothing out of the world, Bhatt's debut as a singer is alright SFX are inconsistent, at times good while at times not too goodEmraan Hashmi does his part superbly as always but sadly his role doesn't seem anything extraordinary and he is made to do the same things he did earlier Amyra Dastur last seen in Issaq doesn't sync well as the cop, but does well in emotional scenes Arunoday Singh leaves no mark as the villain, he seems too shaky as always Tanmay Bhatt is okay

vigivinod I am satisfied and happy with Mr.X because after a long time I have seen such a movie....In India there are less Sci-fiction movie...and I am damn sure Mr.X can defeat movies of other countries as well as other sci-fiction Indian moviesI am sad why the people are unhappy with Mr.X why don't they see the hard work done by the actors as well as the crew members.Instead, of passing stupid comments why don't anyone see the hard work done by them....And I am sorry to say this but its truth that Mr.X is counted as worst movie because the actor is Emraan Hashmi...this is the reason why people don't except it and if in place of Emraan it was Salmaan or SRK or any other famous Actor people would have ranked Mr.X as the top whether their is no story actually the problem is people don't accept new Actors or Actress they want their famous actor.......before judging the film you people just have a look that after working many hours they have completed the movie..
