Dirtylogy
It's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.

The story, direction, characters, and writing/dialogue is akin to taking a tranquilizer shot to the neck, but everything else was so well done.
Yash Wade
Close shines in drama with strong language, adult themes.
Lachlan Coulson
This is a gorgeous movie made by a gorgeous spirit.

A romance/thriller by the director who brought Jillinu oru kaadhal after nearly 8 years. The film is based on the looters of Cargo lorries at a highway (NEDUNCHALAI in Tamil) way-back in 1980s. The villain played by Prashant Narayanan was surprisingly good reminded me of a snapshot of Superstar Rajni playing negative roles in his earlier years. The two national award winners (Salim Kumar and Thambi Ramayya) held the spine of the movie as always. Scenes that excited me were the looting scenes at the pit of the night and this credit must go to the cameraman. The songs and BGM were charming. Some level of profanity which was good for the theme (Parental Guidance is advised). The two issues for the movie are 1) the film gets too predictable after a fine start 2)I feel the highway ride is tiresome i.e. gets boring at the end.
