Two brothers and a very sick mother, the youngest one way or another will find a way to get money for medicines, the older brother a hitman obsessed with killing transgender girls, but his final victim will make him regret all the harm caused.

Very good movie overall, highly recommended. Most of the negative reviews don't have any merit and are all pollitically based. Give this movie a chance at least, and it might give you a different perspective.
