A cold-blooded killer gets caught up in a surreal game of death in this neo-noir thriller starring Costas Mandylor. The winter winds are whipping outside when the unremorseful assassin dispatches with his latest target. But this time something goes wrong. Time begins to fold in on itself when a shadowy assailant strikes out from the darkness, turning hunter into prey in the span of seconds. The mysterious pursuer seems to anticipate the killer's every move, and as events begin to repeat themselves nobody is who they seem. A sudden stranger to his friends and associates, the killer begins to question his sanity after fresh wounds vanish from his flesh without a trace. When an unexpected telephone call reveals that his intended target is still alive, he is forced to relive his actions time and again while speeding ever closer toward a confrontation with the one adversary who could bring about his downfall.

Reviews

Teddie Blake The movie turns out to be a little better than the average. Starting from a romantic formula often seen in the cinema, it ends in the most predictable (and somewhat bland) way.
Roxie The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;
Darin One of the film's great tricks is that, for a time, you think it will go down a rabbit hole of unrealistic glorification.
Phillipa Strong acting helps the film overcome an uncertain premise and create characters that hold our attention absolutely.
IMDBer100575 As mentioned by other commenters, this movie has a great feel to it. The atmosphere and settings are well done, possibly better than most big-budget films. The acting is exceptional, despite having an unknown cast (unknown to me, anyway).The plot starts out pretty good, with an opening scene that truly captures the audience's attention. Things get spiced up, initially, when you realize that the movie goes back and forth in chronology; however, as the timeline-skipping continues, it starts to get confusing and annoying. Then, as the movie climaxes, you're left with a "what the hell was the point?" ending.I think the writers of this movie confused themselves and decided to just end the movie. There was no point and I didn't even see anything about karma in here. It tried to teach a lesson on karma without fully understanding karma itself. It could have been so much better but it failed miserably.Still, I was entertained throughout this movie, until about the last 25% of the movie. If you have a dollar and some change, pick it up at your local Red Box. I wouldn't purchase this movie, though.
bpeck13 (From the back of the video box.) Who's there? Nobody.On a cold and endless winter night a ruthless assassin (Mandylor) commits a murder and ignites a sequence of mysterious events that spiral beyond his control.Narrowly escaping a savage attack by a shadowy assailant who seems to anticipate his every move, time begins to fold in on itself. People he meets don't remember him. Wounds he sustains vanish from his skin. He becomes caught up in an inexplicable loop where events eerily repeat themselves, until an ominous phone call confirms the impossible: his mysterious would-be victim is still alive.Forced to relive his actions over and over, the circle closes in—ending in a fateful confrontation with…himself.My opinion--save yourself the time of watching this movie. It is so convoluted that even at the end, you still have no clue about what you just saw. This movie is a down-ward spiral.
poeg11 Cast is excellent as is the way it was shot. Very well put together for the first half then it just for lack of a better word loops. There's no progress to make up what should be the second half of the movie and maybe that's its attempt at karmic balance. If anything in the storyline had actually evolved from the earlier repetitions we'd have ourselves a whole movie and a very good one. As it is the enthusiastic beginning just barely escapes being canceled out by the artsy fartsy ending.This film is worth watching if only because there's a terrific half done film which was better executed than a lot actually possessing an ending. Worth a look if you are a film junkie like myself but dabblers will be holding this one against you so make sure their viewing was voluntary.
AE Griffin Saw this film at Thriller! Chiller! in Grand Rapids, Michigan and it's fantastic! A true neo-noir masterpiece on par with anything Hollywood could possibly throw at the viewer except that Nobody doesn't treat the audience as stupid and offers us a prime example of digital film-making at it's finest. The acting, the cinematography, the art direction, the sound design, the story, the kitchen sink, etc., etc., all work so well together that I was totally absorbed from the first frame to the last.Mr. Linden and his cast/crew did a marvelous job in what I can only simply describe as The Third Man meets Primer without spoiling it for anyone. Search out this film and decide for yourself.
