Reviews

Stoutor It's not great by any means, but it's a pretty good movie that didn't leave me filled with regret for investing time in it.
WillSushyMedia This movie was so-so. It had it's moments, but wasn't the greatest.
FirstWitch A movie that not only functions as a solid scarefest but a razor-sharp satire.
Hattie I didn’t really have many expectations going into the movie (good or bad), but I actually really enjoyed it. I really liked the characters and the banter between them.
florin_dr I had high expectations of this highly advertised movie (in Prague). Expected an artistic approach with good photography (pun intended) and an intriguing story. What I've seen is the kind of movie that should go straight to TV viewing. Unimpressive camera, artificial editing of flashback scenes and forced dialogs. The actors often seem theatrical and non believable. I couldn't last for more than 1h. A shame as the subject had a great potential. For an idea of what this movie could have been, check out La Grande Bellezza. It shares some common themes: loneliness of the aging protagonist, well developed characters, beautiful scenes, etc.
