Liam Taylor is a dangerous man with a troubled past. He escapes from a mental institution and flees to a remote island in the Caribbean. There, he believes he can start a new life, free from the constraints of society. However, Liam's dark impulses soon resurface. He begins to terrorize the island's small community, leaving a trail of death and destruction in his wake.
