The cartoon begins with a man standing in the rain. He then talks to the viewer, saying how rain is nice but that he doesn't like getting wet. He then walks under an awning to stay dry only for it to continue raining through the awning to the man's confusion. He then questions it, claiming he did "everything he was supposed to" as he then says how it isn't fair as he frowns sadly and looks down.
