SparkMore n my opinion it was a great movie with some interesting elements, even though having some plot holes and the ending probably was just too messy and crammed together, but still fun to watch and not your casual movie that is similar to all other ones.
atallichet I was fortunate enough to see "Road To Austin" during SXSW. After enjoying five full days of music in "The Live Music Capital of The World", I can easy affirm that seeing this film was the highlight of my SXSW 2014! The film takes you through a musical history of Texas from the 1800's to the present day local "Austin music scene", and touching on the many genres that have evolved. There are numerous interviews with Austin celebs and musicians that have helped make the art of music such a powerhouse in Austin. The films highlights are of an amazing night of all the A-list musicians in Austin coming together with the late, great songwriter/producer/actor Stephen Bruton. Any true fan of music will find this film/documentary exciting and enjoyable.
