The year is 1989 and the samurai Troopers are having a celebration for Ryou's birthday. However, Seiji has gone missing and there is a strange killer wearing samurai armor causing chaos in New York City. The Samurai Troopers have to go to New York and find a mysterious man saying he is Shikaisen.
