Doomtomylo
a film so unique, intoxicating and bizarre that it not only demands another viewing, but is also forgivable as a satirical comedy where the jokes eventually take the back seat.
Allison Davies
The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.
Jakoba
True to its essence, the characters remain on the same line and manage to entertain the viewer, each highlighting their own distinctive qualities or touches.

The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;

David lives together with his father but they are all the time on the run, they can't stay too much in one place because one of Mike's old friends is on their pursuit and wants to harm him and his son. David often steals jewelry or broken watches. Why? I can't say because even the director doesn't know. After moving to New York he befriends with his peers from high school witch all have the same passion. David even manage to get a date with the sister of one of his colleague. But this complicates when the enemies of his father catch him and kidnaps the girl. Now they must find and save them. Acting was terrible, the only good part was the soundtrack, those dub-step drops really match with the sequences. Honestly, I rather watch 90 minutes with peoples doing park-our while listen to dub-step instead of seeing this movie.

I watch a lot of action flicks and RUN is right up there. Its more than a fast paced take of the hero villain, its a testament to cool angles and top editing, mixed in with killer sound tracks and some awesome air that defies the laws of both film making and gravity. Its great to see the use of youth arts and physique, and there is no shortage of screen holding energy. This may be a flick for the younger ones, while the older ones will enjoy a peak into youth culture, all the while its about self esteem and character building. Yeah, its a take on the young hero, and the phase in life when young ones think themselves as invincible, but for us older types, its cool to get a window back into the current if not changing youth. Its back to the normal prescribed action formula of eye for an eye, except, there are new spunks to eye, and walls to climb, so this flick takes us, into new familiar grounds. It celebrates all things youth fashion and artz, while exploring Parkour, is a holistic training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. Practitioners aim to get from A to B in the most efficient way possible.They do this using only their bodies and their surroundings to propel themselves; furthermore, they try to maintain as much momentum as is possible in a safe manner.

What shall I say...simply unbelievable!! Without computer effects,finally made by men only (I remember "The Crow"...all computer made!!),here is something real! Considering I suppose the low available budget for realizing such a film, the result is simply great! The plot is well developed, and of course in my opinion the best is the 3D technique.... the film was rewarded with a reason! Well done by all the cast, it's not only for young but also for those who like films for a "new generation"....thanks to the director who portrays such new generation!xxx 78

I enjoyed this action thriller movie which has been presented to the MIFF in Milan in May 2013 and it was awarded for Best screenplay. The movie is about the new discipline Parkour (free running), with great action and good plot. From the beginning you find yourself engaged with the storyline, realistic athletic sequences, and cool scenes. The cast is brilliant with an incredible stunt work (parcour) and, most relevant, accomplished without computerized effects. A must-to-see for action lovers and parkour fans. Strange that a film that has won in Italy with an Italian director is not distributed in Italy! Hope it will come soon in Italian theaters in 3D version.
