Mostly, the movie is committed to the value of a good time.

Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable

Considering myself as a fan of Mr. Henriksen, so this movie is another flick from him. The plot is about a lost group (which is i remember collrectly - contains Henriksen's family), and meanwhile he hires a search group, they found themselves surrounded by bigfoot(s), or sasquatchs. Its actually very good movie (if you like him, and the style of his 'B' horror movies), but the story and the acting is a little bit cheesy. I don't really know what else to say, its a one night movie when you are horrible bored, but only watch it if you want to torture yourself with a great flick of The Master. Just as in his other sasquatch movie, called 'Abominable' Henriksen did well here too.

Based on actual accounts, "The Untold" is the story of Harlan Knowles (Lance Henriksen), billionaire and President of Bio-Comp Industries who heads up a team of experts in a quest to locate a company plane that disappeared over the remote forests of the Pacific Northwest. This film is another example of Lance Henriksen giving credibility to a movie that did not deserve it. That is not to knock him. He is a great actor, and has made consistently good movies and television since before I was born. But the sad thing is his willingness to appear in low-budget films means people will rent or buy a film to see him, even though the rest of the movie (plot, direction) is just awful.I do not even feel the need to review this film because it was so bad. There was a clever gimmick of having a DNA analysis machine. I liked that, except when it said that someone had a heart condition in their youth. I highly doubt that would be in the DNA code.

The Untold... Is one of the worst films I ever saw. The story really seems original, but it was badly bestow on screen. Lance Henriksen, a good actor, ended up in this crap. But, hey he made a lot of low budget films... you need to pay the bills, you know? Kidding. Lance is a great actor, but he ended up with this bunch of silly actors. Seriously, Andrea Roth was there just to have a nudity scene, and other actors... well they were just there. There was constantly a fade out-fade in editing, and that makes me sick! That was the most horrible move that just keeps on coming and it really makes you angry. It was also very predictable, boring and slow. It has a bizarre tempo that goes just... wrong. Can't say more... don't rent it, or buy it. You can watch it, if on TV.

MAY CONTAIN SPOILERSOK, i admit, this movie is kind of boring. People who discuss about monsters and wandering through woods aren't really entertaining. The shaking camera and the lousy effects they use are senseless and annoying. But anyway, i give the movie 5 stars. Why? Because of two reasons:1. Lance Henriksen acts really good - as always. 2. The end is really surprising and not the obvious The-Yeti-is-evil-and-try-to-kill-everybody plot. Be patient, watch it till the end and you shouldn't be to disappointed. I for myself enjoyed it the most time.
