Steineded How sad is this?
ChanFamous I wanted to like it more than I actually did... But much of the humor totally escaped me and I walked out only mildly impressed.
Lidia Draper Great example of an old-fashioned, pure-at-heart escapist event movie that doesn't pretend to be anything that it's not and has boat loads of fun being its own ludicrous self.
Leofwine_draca This film's the fifth instalment of the incredibly long-running Filipino horror anthology series. As usual there are three stories collected here, of wildly varying quality. First up is MALINGO, about a couple on an island being menaced by forces unknown. It mainly consists of characters hanging around in a building while the viewer gets bored. The second tale, ANINO, is about an apartment block which is haunted by a murderer's spirit. It's just as dull as the first, without any kind of atmosphere or suspense whatsoever. The last story, IMPAKTO, has two siblings kidnapped and taken to the lair of a monstrous beast. This one's actually decent, a traditional monster story about an ugly vampire guy in a suit jacket wandering around and roaring a lot
