In this horror parody, a masked serial killer menaces the town of Bulimia Falls with various sharp objects. Attention-seeking television personality Hagitha Utslay is soon on the scene, reporting on the ever-growing body count. Former mall security guard Doughy shows up to protect the teenage population, but he's clearly not much help, allowing the murderer to pick off even more hapless kids as numerous scary movies are referenced.

CrawlerChunky In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.
WillSushyMedia This movie was so-so. It had it's moments, but wasn't the greatest.
Aiden Melton The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.
jordansepticeye That's basically what this is,but this was filmed and written before Scary Movie,so it's not a rip-off.I figured since I reviewed a parody of 80s slasher films(Hatchet),I'll review a parody of 90s slasher movies.First the good, there is a decent story, and by that I mean it doesn't mean it goes off the rails with the ridiculous factor. There are some interesting characters, and one death was pretty funny and good. Now onto the humor,is it any good? Well,it's okay, the sight gags and metahumour are great, but some parodies were decent and some jokes were clever. Now,the cons, all of the jokes fell flat right on their face, they were either too lazy,or too outdated.Another flaw is that sometimes, the plot stops entirely just to make a stupid parody of something that was popular at the time.I didn't like the ending or the beginning, all of the jokes were way too obvious. My next problem,x,the killer, everything about him was lazy with the jokes, and who he turned out to be was stupid, they literally just introduced an entirely new character in the last five minutes for a cheap joke, come on.My last problem, the lack of kills throughout most of the film, yes people did die,but if they're parodying horror movies they should have more deaths, yeah I guess they're trying to develop the characters, but if they're making fun of the characters, then what's the point of developing them that much? All in all,Shriek If You Know What I Did Last Friday the 13th is exactly how I thought it would be,a lazy parody film that went straight to video for a reason, although it was funnier than I thought it would be.
Diane Ruth Hilarious spoof of horror movies that manages to tackle the funny bone with merciless gusto! From the inspired opening, you won't be able to control your gut wrenching laughter and the screen comes alive with comedy. Directed with incredible insight into the nature of comedic films and many nods to the classics of the past, there is hardly a modern horror movie that emerges from this outrageous satire whole. All the familiar tropes and imagery are ripped to shreds and their destruction will leave you drenched in tears of hysteria. Certainly the most original and creative horror comedy ever made, this is almost riotous in conception and superbly outrageous in realization. Don't miss it!
votesmall I am happy to say that I came into this movie with high hopes, and I was not disappointed. First off, this isn't a rip off of Scary Movie, since they both were made at about the same time, and personally, I think it's better! Despite having a FAR lower budget than Scary Movie, this film managed to work in a few stars and quite a bit of sight gags (i.e a cigarette machine in school and some coffins coming out of woodshop). I read the reviews before watching the movie that I had rented, and I was a bit worried, but I quickly forgot and began to watch. I was laughing within the first two minutes when the killer falls into her swimming pool. The opening is by far the funniest part of the movie in my opinion, although the fourteen second musical number "Grease Frightening" is pretty hilarious, especially afterwards when the killer chases Slab with Christine. Although the jokes are over the top and silly, they worked perfectly and the entire movie was hilarious. However, the end scene bugged me as it wasn't as funny as the rest of the film and felt sort of rushed. The point is, if you loved Airplane! and the Naked Gun movies, this film is for you. There was hardly a dull moment, and all of the sight gags and jokes provided for long fits of laughter. Here's one of my favorite quotes from the film: -After all, tomorrow is Halloween.... -AND Friday THE 13TH!
FilmFanInTheHouse Shriek If You Know What I Did Last Friday the 13th (2000, Dir. John Blanchard) It's your typical high school where a group of friends including Dawson, Slab and Boner are enjoying school life. Until, as serial killer turns up and starts chasing after them one by one. No one knows who this killer is, as he obviously slips around the school. Will they finally unmask the killer before it's too late? 'Shriek' as i like to call it, is another one of those bad spoof movies, but this one has a very different feel to it than 'Scary Movie'. The plot is basically the same than 'Scary Movie', when 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' is mixed with 'Scream'. The jokes aren't very dirty in this film, but still contains the odd sexual reference, especially with one of the characters named as boner. The film mostly relies on characters lines, but there are a few scenes which are actually funny. If you like spoof film, you should just watch this for fun. If you don't like spoof movies, then don't watch it."Who is this?" - Screw (Aimee Graham) "The Killer" - Killer (Chris Palermo)
