It's fun, it's light, [but] it has a hard time when its tries to get heavy.

The film makes a home in your brain and the only cure is to see it again.

In this fine western from 1952, Rex Allen is again joined by Slim Pickens and Koko, the Miracle Horse of the Movies . The Arizona Cowboy is forced from his job as the evil Roy Barcroft sets into place a plan to rob an express train. All sorts of twists & turns occur as Rex and Slim set out to put things right.Rex Allen was a great singing cowboy, who could handle the action and singing equally well. He could easily hold his own with Autry and Rogers. Slim Pickens was born to be in westerns and is very good here. This was a fun, interesting cowboy film. This was one of the last of the genre, but Rex Allen is still remembered for this fine western film series.Enjoy this one, I did !
