Load of rubbish!!

It is both painfully honest and laugh-out-loud funny at the same time.

This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.

OK it was a bad movie, but I finished it. Have you ever started eating some fast food that was stale and cardboard, and you don't know what it is maybe the salt, chemicals and sugar compel you to eat the whole thing? Thats the way this film is , really bad, but I watched it so have to give it more than two stars.Ben, good looking swimmer boy has cute girlfriend, but new chic comes to town. She is not that hot, but not bad either. She looks exactly like another actress, sort of a K mart version of her. The new girl puts the moves on the swimmer, not totally implausible as he looks like chicks would like him, and being attached makes him more desirable, especially to crazy chicks. This is where all plausibility ends.Next hot chic beds swimmer boy, then wont leave him alone. She has the luck of the Irish and the brains of a criminal mastermind apparently, she manages to drug, stalk and murder not only without getting caught, but also successfully frames the swimmer for the deeds. Right. The only real brains about this film were the execs who green lighted it knowing anything labeled "teen fatal attraction" would make money during the summer. The worst thing about it-preachy. Swimmers gives lecture about how is cheating father ruined his and his mom's life, so another "guys don't cheat or else" message flick. maybe it did deserve one star come to think of it.

The Plot.New Jersey high school senior Ben Cronin is a former juvenile delinquent, whose past criminal behavior was fueled by and for drug use. He credits the support of his now long time girlfriend Amy Miller and getting into competitive swimming as the primary reasons for turning his life around, which includes working part-time at the hospital where his single mother works. He has become the star swimmer of his high school team, so much so that scouts from Stanford University are coming in a week's time to watch Ben swim. Ben has a new swim fan in Madison Bell, a recent transfer student to Ben's high school. Despite Ben making it clear that he is in a committed relationship, Madison seduces him, the seduction to which he succumbs. They agree afterward that their encounter was a one-time only event, but Ben slowly comes to the realization that despite Madison's assertions to the contrary, she has more in mind with him.It sucks

Ben Cronin is a high school senior with a troubled past that he's managed to put behind him by making his mark on the swim team. With great natural ability and the support of a loving girlfriend he's looking forward to competing for a prestigious college scholarship, but all that changes when he has a fling with new girl in school Madison Bell, an obsessive sociopath who's fixated on becoming a part of his life whether he wants her to or not. Derivative, teenage recreation of Fatal Attraction is acted well enough by its young and old cast to be watchable, and actually holds your interest for the most part, but haven't we seen all this before? **

A rather poor story. Two nice young people love each other. The boy is in the swimming team and the girl is happily going along in her life of work and school. Then a vulture arrives. She is blonde, she is cannibalistic, she is ready to kill to possess what she wants and she does not take no as an answer to her orders. Then the boy says yes under pressure and she will not accept his no later on and will kill everything she can lay her hands on : friends, girl friend, mother, and the list could go on forever. The boy, with the help of a couple of people, bait that vulture with the coat of one she had tried to kill, and she is tricked into revealing her real identity, and even so she is not finished and she takes advantage of an amateurish cop to commit a couple more crime. What do we get out of this melodramatic horror? A complete feeling of emptiness that gives you a taste of ashes in your mouth, the ashes of something that is dead somewhere. Crime is never mechanical. To kill someone requires some imagination. In this case it is nothing but a bad habit that no one can cut out of her.Dr Jacques COULARDEAU, University Paris Dauphine & University Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne
