Laikals The greatest movie ever made..!
AniInterview Sorry, this movie sucks
Matrixiole Simple and well acted, it has tension enough to knot the stomach.
Huievest Instead, you get a movie that's enjoyable enough, but leaves you feeling like it could have been much, much more.
mike48128 A great value, but only contains 71 minutes of his 90 minute Vegas act. Taped at the "Mirage" Las Vegas in the former "Danny Gans" Theater. The Michael Jackson impression was taped a few months before Michael died in 2009,and of course it isn't in his act anymore. He "apologizes" for this with a paper insert packed with the DVD disk. As we know, disks are rarely remastered. (Fortunately, on a DVD you can just skip over it.) Otherwise,it is wonderful fun for all and nothing really objectionable except for very young children and "prudish" people. About as "G" rated as a Vegas act can get. Terrific characterizations. I can easily see him doing voice-overs someday in Pixar movies. He keeps the audience in hysterics, throws his voice with ease, and "rapid-fires" (speaks and sings) between himself and his characters. A great ventriloquist and also a good singer! My favorite puppets (o.k. "dummies") include: "Duggie" the annoying hippie, "Vikki the Cougar", and "Winston the Impersonating Turtle". Two puppets are missing: Johnny Vegas and the 5th Beatle, which accounts for the missing 15 minutes of what should be a 90 minute DVD. His impersonations include Roy Orbison and Stevie Wonder. He transforms an unsuspecting audience member into a "Cher" puppet! (When we saw him in Vegas it was Dolly Parton) Finale: He does "What a Wonderful World" using "Winston", with the voices of both Kermit the Frog and Louis Armstrong. Winner of America's Got Talent Season #2. To quote Terry: "All hits, no lips" ! Catch his Vegas act at The Mirage for new material and new puppets. It is often sold out.
